Small hotel, there's an elevator but it could only accommodate 1 person with 2 luggages so you need to be patient if you are traveling with a big group & your room is on higher floors. We did appreciate that there was an elevator, some other hotels do not even have one.

We just needed an accommodation that was close to our transfer to the airport so it was conveniently next to the train station & bus shuttles parking. The rooms are much better than expected. There are many shops & restaurants around the hotels. We had to check out very early but the hotel packed for us a bag of light breakfast with croissant, snacks & water.. that was very appreciated.

We had booked 2 rooms, and although the bathrooms were clean, they had a strange stench. We had to leave the windows open all day, but it didn't really help. Additionally, the hotel offered a very poor breakfast, and the kitchen staff was unfriendly. The coffee cups also had lipstick stains, indicating poor cleaning. When we brought this to their attention, they brought another cup with the same issue

The location is really good and the rooms are also okay for the price

If we entered the hotel Agli Artisti, the man at the reception desk have looked at me and showed somewhere backwards with by the note "in this part of the hotel is no elevator". He looked at me because of I use walking canes and the hotel presents on booking.com there is an elevator. So this man at the reception desk has begin frantically do something on his computer and we got a room on the ground floor. So please, if you from any reason definitely need an elevator - than be careful if you choose this hotel and definitely verify that you get a room in the part of the hotel where works an elevator. Definitely the hotel needs better maintenance. The air conditioning was so noisy at night that he woke up from sleeping.

So please, if you from any reason definitely need an elevator - than be careful if you choose this hotel and definitely verify that you get a room in the part of the hotel where works an elevator. In any case the hotel is located in the good place - next to the train station and near to the bus station. The lady which cleans the room is very careful and cleans your room every day. So if is for you important to have cleaning of your room every day, it is a place for you. By the arriving to the hotel you have to choose the breakfast's time in the morning - the reason is that the breakfast room is relativly small, only a few tables. So you get the exact time to your breakfast. It may not be pleasant for someone. Breakfast is OK, you can have ham, eggs, some cheese, jam, butter, croissant, yoghurt, cookies, everything is complemented.

As stated by many before, the walls are really very thin and people seem to be leaving at any hour of the day and night - probably due to the convenient location by the train and bus stations. I slept through it all thanks to my earplugs, but my partner woke up a bunch of times, and he usually sleeps through anything. So I would suggest some good earplugs and you’re sorted.

The place is very central and easy to reach from Santa Lucia station. We were able to check in an hour earlier - thanks so much! Upon check in, you chose your breakfast slot in the morning, which was convenient. The breakfast was alright, as long as you manage your expectations. There was toast, breakfast cake, some meat and cheese, cream cheese, several jams, biscuits, brioche and hard boiled eggs. Fresh coffee made by the staff was great. Selection of course reduces for vegans/vegetarians, so keep that in mind.
