Everything about this place is good, position of it is also very good, staff are lovely and looked after us on our stay. Will definitely return one day and stay in the same room which is unique.

We had a great stay at Hotel Amarossa. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated how quiet it was — despite being in a convenient location, we were not disturbed by any outside noise. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We have nothing to complain or dislike about this place.

Forget about hotels and army of staff and services. this Secure apartments building iz very clean with very spacious rooms, nicely equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed, nice windows onto the street with minimal noise at night from vehicles, student area with plenty of coffee shops, small restaurants in the alleys, shops for all the needs and steps from the bus lines just in front with the train station 13 minutes walking and city center 10 minutes walking. Washing and drying room at the basement easy to use with storage for luggage when needed. Service team is very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable making the stay even more comfortable.

We spent 4 nights in room 41 in May 2026. Great and spacious apartment facing the backyard, which makes it pleasantly quiet in a busy city. Nice little balcony facing the same backyard. The temperature peaked 35+ C during the day, so effective air conditioning with 2 zones (Living room/Kitchen and bedroom) was worth its weight in gold. Good cleaning, friendly and attentive service. Good location and walking distance to everything. Absolutely fine Supermarket right nearby. Senior couple on Interrail

The room in the back was nice and quiet, the one in the front you get a lot of noise from the café across the street even with the window closed. In one room the air-conditioning always went on even when I turned it off and in the other one it seemed to be centrally controlled so that I could not turn it on when needed.

Rooms are very clean and include all the necessary amenities. The staff are exceptionally nice. I was able to leave my luggage overnight while I took a day trip in one of the lockers they have in the laundry room, which is a great service.

The apartment was listed as having a washing machine, but there was no washer in my unit. That is the one thing I wish I'd had. Otherwise, this is a fabulous location and a great place to stay.

Fabulous location, close to many of the top must-see sights in Bologna. Grocery store just a few doors down the sidewalk, and nice kitchenette. It was very quiet to sleep, and the windows had inside shutters that effectively blackout the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. I like that there was a balcony and a drying rack for clothes. Spacious and comfortable stay. I'd stay there again.

The only downside for the central location is street noise but that is a small price to pay for the great location.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided fantastic recommendations. The room was spacious and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities in the communal kitchen which was also really nice. I would also like to highlight that the property takes safety seriously which is great for visitors.

I didn’t like the fact the door has not an inside lock. For a woman traveling alone is not a good feeling knowing the apartment can be opened with a card. During my stay the energy went off ( blackout) several times and there is no emergency light in the room, and it went super dark!!!! Luckily could use my phone light. Not good at all! It says in booking reception is 24h but it is not, be careful!! Wrong information. Do not recommend for lone woman or elderly people.

The double bed is two singles pushed together so you can still feel the gap in the middle. The air con is centrally locked so you can't use it as a fan (heat or cool only). During my stay the WiFi was down for two days (they apologised with wine though - thank you!). Finally, the smart TV's internet-based functions never worked despite being plugged into an ethernet port.

Great location - a 15 minute walk from the station and 10 from the historic centre, with restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. Rooms are clean and quiet (at least the courtyard facing one I had was, with good double glazing), and the free washing machines are a bonus. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

We were upgraded to an apartment that was large, well equipped and very clean. Also a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was tiny, no space for open luggage. Mattress not very comfortable and no slippers. I had to pay extra tax - city tax - although booking clearly specified that all taxes were included in the price.
