Everything was fine.

I particularly appreciated that the breakfast staff furnished me with a little basket of gluten free bread, as I am allergic to gluten, when we had breakfast! Moreover, the hotal also noted that it was my birthday during the stay and surprised me with a "minicake" and a candle during the breakfast!

This hotel absolutely blew us away. Our room with a balcony was lovely and clean. All the staff were incredibly helpful and I would like to single out Ali in particular for his great willingness. When we lost our keys, he helped us find them even though it wasn't his job. The location of the hotel is great, a pleasant walk took us to sights that every visitor to Rome should see. We will definitely be happy to return to this hotel if we have the opportunity to visit this wonderful city again.

Sirens all night since it’s next to main city streets. AC wasn’t allowed until hotel decides it’s warm enough to turn on. We just opened the sliding glass door to cool off but this is balcony that joins other rooms and the barricades between balconies that’s shared can be easily walked through with little effort so it felt unsecured leaving the sliding door open at night. Elevator broke during our three night stay and we were on the 4th floor.

I didn't like leaving that cosy bed

The staff we're all so kind and helpful, and genuinely so. From recommending a wonderful restaurant, to holding bags well before my check in. The tiny patio off of the room was lovely for fresh air, the towels were big and cuddly, the décor was elegant and simple... but the best of all.... the bed and pillow were so comfortable ! After weeks of traveling, this bed was the best, and I hated to leave it for my early train. I've traveled for 30 plus years, and this hotel just has a certain sweet quality that I look for when on the road a lot. I was here for work, and normally stay in Trastevere when I come to Rome, but this was so handy to the train and métro... both 5 minutes away.

A nice little hotel in relative quiet surroundings a 15 minutes’ walk from the train station Roma Termini. Our room, 501, had a little balcony with a small table and 2 caffe chairs . Beds firm and pleasant. We had 2 different sizes of pillows to choose from, a very good feature. The staff was kind and helpful.

Great location especially if first time in Rome. Very pleasant staff and very helpfull. Cleanliness on very high level every day, I loved very big shower towels. Rooms are smaller in size however it accomodated all our needa since we were out from morning till evening. I would strongly recomend this hotel.

More coffe pods for machine ,better selection ofenglish chanels ,pay per viewing channels,just when chilling out to break up busy sightseeing days,but no biggie 👌

Location great ,termini 8 min walk ,walk colosse 35min,trevi 40min,vatican 60min ,metro b line 5 min. Great local restaurants as recommended by reception and rhey were great value and very family traditional 👍

The building of the hotel was very romantic, having the soul of real Rome. All environment reminded family place, not huge, not crowded. The staff was racting immediatetly to any ask (our safe was not opening, it was fixed immediately) The place of the hotel is very quite, but not far from the street. This is very important in Rome with loud streets. Our sleep was very calm and quite. There is quite big food shop just accross the corner, this was also a very big plus. We were travelling by taxi to the main locations, which was quite fast and not very expensive We had deluxe room and superior room, bathrooms were very big, well furnished and both rooms were very convenient

The room we had (triple) was on a smaller side feeling a bit crammed. Some rooms (ours was one of them) face an opening to the back of the building and don't get much natural light. To be fair, after reporting this to the front desk we were offered to swap the room, but for a short stay we decided it was not necessary.

This is a great hotel at an excellent location - within walking distance to two metro stations with access to both metro lines, plus a bus stop and a big supermarket across the street. The hotel is very clean and cozy. There was one thing that really stood out, and that was the staff. Everybody was extremely friendly, polite, and going out of their way to help and assist with all queries and requests.

Some rubbish was left in our room even after cleaning. The shower could not be switched on.

We didn't sleep very well as we could hear everything that was going on in the hotel, so it might be an issue for light sleepers.

We loved staying at Alpi Hotel! The staff was amazing, everyone was really friendly and more than happy to help, we even got a map of Rome on arrival, with a lot of suggestions for things to see and do in Rome. The room was cleaned every single day, which was amazing. The location of the hotel was really good, as it's within walking distance to all the main attractions and it was also close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
