There was no wi-fi available, the check-in process was rough, the sofa bed had several broken slats (which my daughter fell through), they only have 2 car parking slots at the property.

Steps away from the Funiculare, the building itself is gorgeous, coffee+tea and a mini-fridge were helpful.

Very easy check in. Good location for old town (10min walk or take nearby funicular). Apartment was comfortable. A/c not great but acceptable when 30+c outside, I had no problems sleeping. Coffee maker a bit rogue, keep your eye on it as it didn't stop filling.

The coffee machine that started seeping water after dispensing coffee for over 10 seconds. The hotel told us that it was essentially our fault for drinking a longer coffee that espresso…however my mum has the same machine and it does not seep water from the bottom regardless of how long you dispense coffee…

The apartment officially has not got a reception, so everything is done by phone/internet, which is a real pain when you are travelling, passport photos ect. We found it quite stressful, The annoying part was when we got there the reception was on site, so all the stress could have been avoided.

Lovely apartment very close to the funicular railway, which takes you up the the high town of Bergamo. Our room was on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. Just the ones from the car park th the reception office. The room was spacious and the bathroom was off through a hall way. Our room had blinds rather than curtains, and once we figured out how they worked they were really good.

The check-in experience was a confusing mess. It's fully automated which should be straightforward but the process just didn't work for me. Before our stay, I got multiple messages from Vikey - a platform I thought the owners were using to manage their rental. I have uploaded all my documents, registered the car and checked in but didn't get access codes or confirmation. After arriving at the spot, I called the rental administrators multiple times to get inside the apartment. I was asked to upload my documents and check in with yet another platform. After a few more calls, messages and paying for parking and city tax, I finally got my check-in accepted and access codes were sent to me. This took over an hour, thankfully I had the car to sit in on a rather cold day. I have no idea why the correct link to the correct platform was not sent to me before I called and asked for it. I then learned from one of the people I talked to that Vikey is their old platform and they're no longer using it - yet I still got messages from that platform and uploaded my sensitive information (ID and my photos with an ID). I will chase the deletion of my data through other channels. I'm assuming it's an oversight, but the 2 paper cups waiting for us in the apartment were already used and one of the towels in the bathroom had a mascara stain on it, which raised some concerns about the general cleanliness of the room.

We only stayed for 1 night but the apartment was everything we expected. It's quite spacious and the bed was comfy. Even though it was in the basement, it quickly got warm and stayed warm through the night. Location is a big plus, Città Alta is just minutes away either by walking or taking a cable car.

The TV was not working, YouTube was not playing on the TV and the WiFi they provided was not working, the AC was not working, our room plus the fridge in our room was not working at all.

It’s hard to get into the property- we were sent a comprehensive form to fill in listing passport info, pictures of you with your passport and were sent access codes to get into the gates. Neither access codes worked and we tried a lot!! Eventually another guest came up the drive and let us in.

This property is in the perfect location to access the old town, lovely building from the outside and the room was clean, had high ceilings and a good bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

complicated access to room code (separate link and registration from booking), we needed help from neighbours and had to help others on day2. Room and bed are ok, but bathroom painting and walls are humid and old and smell across the room.

Location is great close to funiculare, and buses to go up to old city or down to the modern one. The rooms are located in a Large house typical in the area.

There were ants in the bathroom and the fridge did not work. Some outside lighting would be good as when you arrive in the dark and have to go down a few steps to the door it could be a little tricky!

Good location near the bottom station for the funicular up to the old town and on the bus route from the airport. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. A nice quiet room.

The only thing was that there was no one at the property to help us or ask questions. Example: the room key was not easy to enter the lock and open the room and the key for the property pedestrian door wasn't working from the inside.

The room and location are very nice and close to the old city (by stairs or by cable car). The room was very clean and equipped with hairdryer, shampoo, tv etc. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet at night and the bus stop from the airport is really close (3 min. walk)

It was difficult to figure out how to enter, the pedestrian gate didn't open even though I have been given the code, and to exit I had to open the car gate with the key, run to lock it in the box and then run to exit before the gate closed

As a solo traveller, I didn’t feel very secure in the room, with just the curtains covering the door. Also quite a bit of noise from the gate opening & closing since my room was the closest to the entrance, this gate could do with a repair or lubricant?!
