The room and location were awesome. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was really nice with a great shower. There was a big couch and a refrigerator. The process to check in and out was easy and the room was accessible with a lift. I would definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to the Vatican City. Everything exceeds my expectation. Staff was super helpful, friendly and nice. Will for sure come back to this place again if staying in Italy the next time! 10/10!

The internet crashed on the last day or two I was there. The property manager said it was a local problem but I don't understand why it worked fine the first two days. I was able to use my phone data. When I couldn't use the internet (e.g. Netflix), the TV didn't seem to have options for English speakers... but I didn't ask for assistance.

The location was great for walking to many of the sites on the west side of the river, e.g. the Vatican. The metro was very close so I was able to easily catch the train to the Termini station for day trips. There was a grocery store very close to the hotel where I was able to purchase snacks. Management was very friendly.

Great location. Excellent staff. Our flight out of Rome was at the night, so we had no real need to book the hotel for another day. We just wanted to store our bags at the hotel for the day while we wonder around the city before our flight. Instead the wonderful gentleman at the reception (I can’t remember your name, my apologies) offered us just to keep the room until the night free of charge, since they didn’t really need it for the day, to store our bags or for the case if we wish to come back to rest or use the bathroom. Thank you very much! Will definitely stay in this hotel again when in Rome.

This place was amazing!!! perfectly situated close to shops and restaurants with quick access to both taxi's and public transport. It's in good walking distance from st Peter's square. Our room had an amazing view of the basilica dome as well as the vibrancy of the st below. The manager and his staff were all amazing. Super helpful and always going above and beyond to assist. The room's were both spacious and clean giving us plenty of room to lounge around in after a big day of exploring. This was an amazing stay highlighting the true hospitality of Rome. The manager, I have to mention again was so helpful and we have so much gratitude towards him for helping us out so much. Thank you. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. You won't regret it.

We received a nice room with even a view of the Saint Peter's cupola. When we turned off the lights to sleep, we were charmed by the glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling. The man working at the reception desk was truly the nicest person. We appreciated his friendliness and help. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again when going to Rome.

Location was great if the main part you want to visit is the Vatican, everything else is across the river. Metro station is right there,very convenient. We liked the bed, not too soft,not too hard. The room was cooled down with AC when we arrived and it wasn't noisy. Our flight was delayed, so we messaged the staff and he waited for us to get checked in pretty late in the evening, very nice cooperation.

Literally nothing however we did not spend much time in the hotel as we were sightseeing Rome, leaving the hotel early in the morning and coming back late at night.

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness and general facilities were excellent. We have had no troubles booking in or with the amenities of our room. Staff were extraordinary and very helpful. In general the value for money was great, especially as the hotel is situated 2 min walking to the Ottaviano underground station (orange line) and 10 min walk to Piazza San Pietro. There's a great café next to the hotel that is open very early so breakfast is not an issue if one does not use hotel facilities.

The rooms were fine, but in my opinion outdated. The bathroom looks like it was updated. You could hear the other guests from their rooms at times, especially their TV ‘s but at night it was quiet.

Great location. 5 min walk from St.Peter’s. There were lots of restaurants and shops but it was on a side street so it was nice that it was just around the corner from a busy street but quiet. The staff were helpful and let us keep our bags there for a few hours and called a cab for us.
