Airconditioner was not working. But it was early Spring so not a big deal for me as I only had to open the window for some fresh air. Bed was too soft for me -- but may just be a personal preference.

I like that the property is just right across the train station (I literally only have to cross the road). Most of the main attractions are within walking distance (7-20 minutes walk). There is also a tram that can take you to the airport just across the hotel (no need to take a taxi),

The smell of sewage when windows open. But this not the fault of hotel. Much of Florence smells of sewage...it is a dirty city, lots of trash.

Air conditioner was temperamental

Excellent location. So easy to reach by tram from the airport at only €1.70 per person. Within easy walking distance of visitor attractions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room good size clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Shower hot and powerful.

the street is very busy and noisy so the stay on the balcony is not so relaxing but if you close the window, you can ´t hear anything inside as the balcony is on the busy street, it was a little bit dusty including the chairs and the table

the staff is super friendly and helpful the room was very clean, fresh towels every day, shower gel prepared, soap... we get welcome drink that we enjoyed in the beautiful hotel bar the breakfast is not included in the price but for 15eur you can get a lot of variations - sweet, salty, cereals, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, good coffee ... the location is great - in front of the tram station that goes directly from the airport shopping center is right away and a lot good restaurant around

The ventilation system seemed to only heat the room no matter what setting you’ve got it set to. The water heater was also tricky, with a longer than usual reaction time.

Located right next to the Santa Maria Novelle station, was very easy to get around. Rooms also faced away from the Main Street so despite the business of the area, we didn’t get much street noise and were able to rest well! The staff also tried to be as helpful as they could throughout our stay, which we thoroughly appreciated (like giving us restaurant recommendations and accommodating our requests for a change of room to get twin beds).

The room was stuffy with the balcony door closed, and and the air was not “turned” on yet ( was there beginning of April). So had to open balcony door to get air movement, was way to noisy with door open. We got very little sleep during that night due to that

Staying here was exceptional, the hotel could not be more conveniently located by the train station. Reception was very friendly and helpful, and check in was fast. The room was great, comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom with bath, we had a balcony too with wonderful views. The hotel has 24 hour reception so we felt safe getting back in the evening and having the bar on the floor was a great addition too if you didn't want to venture too far in the evening. The welcome drink was a lovely addition and being able to store bags after checking out was ideal. Overall, I loved the time spent here and will absolutely return here again when in Florence.

There was a weird smell in the part of the hotel where we were staying. The hotel smelled good but our room seemed to have been located close to a sewage or something

Extreme good location, it is near to the mains Florence landmark/hotspot, beside that the breakfast was great, with everything you may want to have. The hotel staff, was very kind and polite, and always trying to help.
