I am truly happy to know you enjoyed your stay and I sincerely appreciate your words about the cleanliness, the location and especially your kind mention of me: it was a real pleasure to welcome you! Regarding breakfast, I would like to clarify that, although we offer a typical Italian breakfast with sweet options, I always make sure to provide something for guests who prefer savory choices as well. I can let deliver a sandwich with ham and cheese instead of plain croissant each time the guest makes request. In the fridge too, you can always find cold cuts, cheese, and in the kitchen bread to toast — available to satisfy different tastes and habits, especially for our international guests. Your feedback is still very appreciated and I will certainly take it as an opportunity to communicate this better to future visitors. I hope to welcome you again if you ever return to Ancona! I am genuinely sorry to learn only now that you would have appreciated sugar-free cereal and that this slightly affected your experience. I couldn’t have imagined it, as my breakfast already includes a selection of single pack cereals and a mix of nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, and dried fruits (along with much more). As you may have noticed during your stay and as you wrote in your review, I always do my very best to meet the needs of my guests, even with small, personalized touches (as in your case, about afternoon snack and last breakfast). So if you mentioned your preference during your stay, I would have been more than happy to provide sugar-free muesli right away. :) I truly hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future, perhaps with an even more tailored breakfast!
