This is my second time at this hotel, the people are great, always helpful, just right in front of the station. They gave us our room way before the check in time!!! Bonus!! Breakfast was very good also! Just great overall.

Hotel was chosen for its location close to Centrale station and it was perfect - just a stroll across the parking area. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable with nice amenities (complimentary water, stocked mini bar, hairdryer etc). Breakfast was ample and the times were very good - from 6:30 until 10:30am

No lift when going to the lobby from the entrance. You need to carry your luggage down and up. Even tho, they have a door bell but only one stand by. If you’re going with the group, you should carry by yourself

The location is near the station and other metro, so it’s easy if you want to catch a train at the morning, no need to rush. The room was modern and elegant. The staff service was excellent, we were staying 2 nights and at the last day we need to go to the station early morning, they gave us a breakfast box as I asked before.

Fabulous breakfast, room great. Hotel had no AC on yet and it was hot inside. Windows opened but street noise was bad at the front of the building where my room was.

All great, only thing is that breakfast area has quite dark lighting, but it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely hotel close to the central station. We stayed in 4 hotels in Italy, and the breakfast was the best out of all of them in this hotel, with good variety of food and tasty coffee (of course!). It had a calm and sophisticated vibe and the staff were very helpful and professional. Appreciated the pillow menu in the room.

It was clean and in a Good location for having fast access to the central station. The staff was super helpful and the room was very tidy and good size. Considering the prices of Milan, it was good value for money. Recommended!

No many electric plugs in the room. Not possible to charge appliances next to the bed unless you unplug the light. It would be nice to have USB ports. Air conditioning wasn’t working on the first day but they fixed it very quickly.

Next to Central Station so easy to get anywhere. Spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed and they also have a pillow menu! Staff very friendly and professional.

A bit noisy due to the traffic around the train station. A bit far away if you want to walk to the city center

The stairs to get down to the lobby. Even though help will come, we still needed to wait a couple of minutes with our luggage. Breakfast staff girl was not helpful to customers when we asked for cappuccino and were directed to a big coffee pot when there was a working coffee machine. We then had to go and ask another staff member for a cappuccino. The coffee in the big pot was horrible.

There are a lot of dodgy people around. I don’t feel safe. The cleanliness was not at expected level . I could see some stain in the toilet . The breakfast was okay. I will probably use a different hotel if travelling alone. Even though it was advertised as air conditioned, the air conditioning was not working so I had to keep the windows open. However it was extremely noisy outside.
