Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Italysome guests were a bit noisy outside late at night and were able to heard through our window (facing the street/front of the building on the 3rd floor)
amazing location (3 minutes from train station and 5 minutes from the center), nice buffet style breakfast for only 5 euro, each guest receives a welcome drink, super nice and helpful staff that speaks every language, events each night (quiz night, game night, karaoke, cooking class). will definitely stay here again! :)

FranceThe hotel shares the building with a hostel, it can get a bit noisy at night, but not a big inconvenience for me. The hotel front door are unattended and shared with a hostel, and the second door that leads to the rooms is often left wide open, so might be a security issue, as anyone from the outside might easily reach the rooms and common areas.
Great location close to all the important spots in the city, the girls at the reception are bright, with a smile on their faces, and always happy to help. A nice bar at the ground floor with descent drink list. The room was large enough with a simple furnishing, bed sheets were clean and internet worked very well.

Czech RepublicIt was difficult to find the hotel. Reception is not Directly in the hotel but in the ground floor, Which was confusing. Parking for 20€ and they would park your car sonewhere, Which I decided not to use. Window was unable to close thoroughly, so the noise from the street was in the room
Big clean room, equipped with everything neccesary. Bed was comfortable. Good ratio between price and quality, also dogs were allowed. Close to the city center

RomaniaDouble rooms should have only one big bed,no two single beds put together, because it's not comfortable like that.
The location is very close to the train station and easy to acces town centre by walking.Really liked the place for it's good service. The personal is nice, friendly and helps you with everything you need. The building has an elevator, free wifi and you can use the A/C without paying extra. The room was clean, decent for the price, with a window facing the street, but not so noisy how we expected. You can make a proper shower whenever you like, because the water flows with pressure at any hour(saying that because we stayed in other places where you couldn't shower after 11 pm because of the cold water or with no pressure). The kitchen was fully equipped and it has a terrace with a nice view. If you want to spend a few hours in town after you've made the check out,you can leave your luggage in a room special made for this kind of situations.

CanadaIt is essentially a hostel with a few private rooms. It is not a hotel. The rooms are VERY basic and intermingled with hostel rooms and public areas. We were very disappointed and found there advertisements very misleading.

RomaniaI had a mosquito in my room and it gave me a hard time. Other than this everything was fine.
Breakfast was very good. It was about 10 euro for two persons. If you think, in a regular restaurant only the cover is about 4 euro. Also, I liked the terrace. It was a good place to hang after a long day of visiting Fluorence.

SwedenIt was hard to find because the sign of the hotel name was very small, so I went back and forward on the streets a couple of minutes before I saw the sign.
The location is perfect, so near the center! It’s a kind of a hostel but they manage 4 different hotels that are in the same building. The staff was absolute stunning, so nice and helpful and made the stay perfect. The continental breakfast was fresh and had variety. Very very clean everywhere which is a big plus!! Comfortable and big room with AC. They even gave us soap and shampoo, at a 2 star hotel! Amazing. They have a super nice bar and a common area where you can find various of games and instruments if you’d like to play! :) Free WiFi which worked perfectly. Simply fantastic.
