Nothiing to say.
The personnel extremelly frindly, he explained all we need and comes to cover all our requests. We had an spacious apartmen with confoetable beds (medicinal).. Very nice decorated rooms. The toilet very well equiped, hot water all the time.

The location of the hotel is in a central, safe place and has a nice view. Cristian who welcomed us helped us with the luggage even though there are not many steps to get to the hotel. He is a sweet and friendly person where he gave us a lot of information about the city. the room was very clean and even though we were in a very central spot when you closed the windows it was absolutely quiet.

Before arriving, communication was excellent. When we arrived Christian gave us a thorough rundown of the hotel and local area. He offered useful suggestions for various sightseeing options and activities. Breakfast and staff were wonderful. We can't wait to return!

Christian manages the hotel and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable The rooms have been remodeled and are clean with modern amenities Staff is very nice City center location is close to ferry and bus stations and restaurants are within easy walking distance There are steps but they are part of the Amalfi coast experience. If you are mobility compromised, don’t come to the Amalfi coast

This property is beautiful and conveniently located, a short walking distance from the terminal. The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast rooftop terrace has friendly staff, a nice breakfast selection and wonderful views. We most appreciate Christian, who took the time to text us regularly to see where we were while driving to Amalfi and met us at the terminal to direct us to the hotel. He offered wonderful suggestions on things to do and places to eat…he truly made us feel at home. We look forward to seeing Christian and his staff when we return to the Hotel Antica Repubblica on our next visit to Amalfi!

Nothing bad to say about this property
Loved the location very close to the town square and the roundabout where all taxis and harbor ferries are located. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great with amazing views of the city and mountains. There is even a restaurant right outside the front entrance that we didn’t get a chance to eat at but looked very delicious and quiet.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed both for us in 3 people and also our dog. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. Mr Christian at reception was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. Great location, Good value for the money. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Amalfi.

There are a lot of stairs to go up to the roof, for me it was an exercise before breakfast.
The staff was very nice and helpful,the manager gave us good recommendations where to go or eat. He helped us coordinate and plan our stay. The location is perfect , in the middle of the historic Main Street where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes. Although it’s in the Main busy Street, the room was quiet. Breakfast was very nice and delicious, we ate on the roof surrounded with an amazing view. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was big and comfortable.

I couldnt get the taps or shower at a warm/hot temperature. But thats it everything else eas fine.
The location was right in the centre so it was great and the rooftop terrace was really nice to have breakfast. Loved it.

Nothing. Just a note: We were there at the peak of summer, tickets could sell very fast. You have to be buy when it opens at 8am. Always reach out to Christian in case of a little problem, he might have a solution for you.
This hotel is nicely-located in the middle of the town. It’s very neat. Our room was newly-renovated & comfy. Breakfast at the rooftop was cool with a nice view. The owner, Christian, did his utmost to make sure our Amalfi experience was great — always helpful with not obtrusive.
