Only a head shower and an unusually high pet fee (25 euros, usually only 10). Due to several water features at the location, a very abundant population of mosquitoes was tormenting us outside.

A hotel in a massive building that has seen better days, looks like a wedding venue. Nonetheless, rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable, TV worked, and breakfast was good. The restaurant across the road offers many options, is good value and with very friendly staff. A good stop if you are travelling on the Venice-Milano autostrada.

The air conditioning was very poor and made an horrible noise. It could not be controlled in any way from the room. Temperature inside the room was hot and humid. The facilities were quite old. The shower was small and the shower nozzle was fixed. I am not sure why this hotel has 4 star.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

All roms are recommend not to open windows because of bugs and the air conditioning doesn't work bellow 24°C. In the first day, there was not hot water, that was solved after some claims.

Forest view room very cozy and charming. Breakfast is decent, with a good viriety of delicacies. Hotel is very quiet, perfect to rest.

The hotel advertised a spa and gym, but on arrival we were told that this was closed for refurbishment. Disappointing as this was a prime reason we choose the hotel.

We arrived on a pretty warm day, and we tried to turn the A/C on in the room. The fan blew but there was no change in the room temperature. We turned off the fan to let it rest, and when we tried to turn it back on-there was nothing. We didn't report it to the front desk, as with the window open the night air cooled us off. There is farming nearby, and while we loved the country feel, it also included some typical farm smells that I wasn't expecting. My traveling partner and I both thought the beds were a little hard, but we know that others may prefer a firmer mattress.

The breakfast was amazing, great variety and attentive staff replacing items and helping out. The atmosphere and table setting was very appealing, and there was plenty of seating with a view to the outside courtyard. From the lobby to the room, everything was very clean.

Really great place just a short ride outside of Bergamo. The property is a really historic. Quite a bit larger than I thought which added to the charm. The restaurant on-sight is very good as well. Staff very friendly. Good Wifi.

False advertising of leisure facilities, especially sauna and pool. All spa facilities are closed and have been closed for a long time. Taxi from the hotel costs min 35 euros, location is not good unless you're driving. There's nothing in the area apart from a restaurant across the road.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and so was the room. Lots of beautiful decor and details to admire throughout the property. The garden is lovely too.

If you are not familiar with farming life and the associated smells you might not want to be in yjis rural location. We live in a rural community in the UK so not an issue for us.

I had a terrible headache and I asked in reception about a pill, they didn't give me it. I cannot understand how a hotel cannot have a botiquin with paracetamol or ibuprofen pills, specially because the hotel is quite far of a farmacy.

The first night got to the hotel 11.30pm. Reception did message me to let me know that they have kept the key at front desk in envelop pick up to go to are room. Which really was helpfully I didn't need to hang around.

Although the hotel accepts dogs, we felt that the charge that they made for a dog was excessive (25 euros) and out of sync with other hotels at which we have stayed - these usually charging something around 15 euros. We would have liked coffee/tea making facilities available in our room.

We liked the style of this hotel. It is located in an historic walled setting with old, buildings which keep their historic character but are very nicely converted to a modern hotel. The hotel itself is large with large rooms and large corridors around the building. It is quiet and convenient for our return trip to the UK. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed the food and they provide some very good vegetarian options. Alongside this, the service was excellent.
