Would be great to have couple of glasses in the room and a bottle of water for those who arrive very late:) .

The location is good. In general I love Dorsoduro the most and we have been to all the sestieres. The room is OK, it had everything we needed. It was clean, it had a private bathroom ( most of the hotels and guesthouses i was checking had shared bathroom which was not ok for us), good douche, very good wi-fi. The great thing was the late check in (we arrived at midnight and were able to self check in). The person we contacted on whatsapp was answering very fast and we solved couple of problems easily. The cleaning of the room was almost every day, which means taking out the trash and making the bed. In general if you look for a simple, clean place to sleep , take a shower and run to explore Venice - this place is for you. If you need a place to pamper yourself you have to look for smth else :)

There is no reception. The room was open and the keys on the bed, but I was not informed of this. I called a number on the door that was not functioning. There is no breakfast. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Only one tiny savon. The room is very small.

The bed felt like it was on a bit of a slope but other than that, no complaints.

The staff who I spoke to via WhatsApp were very kind and straight forward. The restaurant downstairs is nice for a less expensive meal. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The check in process was easy also!

Uncomfortable bed.

Shutters at the windows. No noise in the room although the location of the room is above the restaurant. Top location . Walking distance everywhere.

The directions to enter could have been more clear. Of course we finally figured it out but when I chose to use the money we have earned to pay for customer service, which is what a hotel is, i want clear, consist communication. I understand this is a desirable location but always treat people the way you would want to be treated. So, just consider if it was a first time traveler and make the entry into the world of Venice more welcoming. This is a small complaint but big, very big issue for couples..

The location is hard to beat for the price compared to most hotels in the area. We had a small plumbing issue and they did get it fixed right away.

Excellent location surrounded by restaurants and cafes, great view from front of hotel looking out over square. Shutters if you want to sleep late. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ceiling fan was nice to have.

In room there was less daily light. Dim light. Window view - backyard. We don't find TV remote control, but TV was working wery good.

The location is perfect. At the island, adorable square. Easy to find. The host communicate by whatsapp. Room was clean, small as we expected.

It had all the necessary amenities, bed was ok and had hot water. The restaurant downstairs had some of the loveliest staff and was reasonably priced for Venice!

i knew the room would be small but the bigger bed in the room made getting around impossible. A single bed would made it easier to walk around and access a suitcase.

Centrally located !! It is easy to walk to different parts of the island. i almost stayed near the terminal but that would have added another 15-20 walk to my many trips I made during my stay.

Mattress had a spring poking out, very uncomfortable. Mosquito screens could be added to windows. Room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures.

The only drawback was the high price for such conditions, but unfortunately Venice is expensive. In any case, I recommend it.

Great location, efficient contact with the owner - he speaks English very well, the room was clean, but tiny. Towels can be changed every day.

They didn't clean the room while we were there, they just change the garbage bin. No change of towels as well. Consider this if you're staying for more than a few days.

Shower needs repair. It is like when you try to stand under shower it pours on everything but you.

Location is the best for the people who like loud streets at night. The place is surrounded with cafes, restaurants and bars.
