The cooling system in the room was too noisy. Dusty road and parking.

They offered free coffees for the guest of the neighbor B&B that joined us for breakfast.

    Nothing - I'd happily re-book.

This is a top class hotel, set in lovely historical former farm and monastic buildings, beautifully restored all laid out around a quadrangle. Totally peaceful despite being just off the main Turin road, the enclosed nature of the quadrangle setting keeps noise out. Superb rooms, massive beds, beautiful bathrooms you can have drinks in the courtyard and breakfast is served there. 10 mins easy walking distance to the main medieval centre of Saluzzo.

Excellent courteous service of the lady managing this hotel and front desk staff. We received a quick response effective and friendly to each request includes recommendations and restaurant reservations. The room (suite) was very spacious and equipped very nice very clean. Good breakfast. Ample parking is very convenient. Very close to the city on foot or by car. recomended for visiting Saluzzo and the Coneo region.

The air con was noisy and inefficient. The breakfast was left out in the open on a table with no chilling for most of the food and it was not covered. There were flies and even a wasp on the food. Very unhygienic. The soya milk cappuccino my friend ordered was undrinkable (milk probably off).

Very comfy beds, beautiful courtyard and other areas.

The best location to stay in Saluzzo, close to the center but with easy access and parking. My third stay and each time a pleasure.

    Nothing of any significance.

Delightful building in the country but only ten minutes walk from the town centre where there is an excellent range of restaurants. Very helpful staff who gave us good advice as to where to eat. Quiet, comfortable and a perfect overnight stop. Would recommend it to anyone.

Only thing we can think of is to have dinner on site rather than the 15 min walk to town.

The establishment is a small serene haven with a big heart. The proprietors and their geese make you feel at home. Anna-Lise's exuberant helpfulness in Reception is unmatched.

An excellent hotel based in a 500-year old group of farm buildings. Spacious room, great staff, good breakfast, pet friendly. Located just on the fringes of Saluzzo, in a lovely setting.
