Absolutely amazing. The hotel is right on the water (while most other are behind the road), the view is exceptional, the room are big and clean with quality beddings, the staff is very helpful and nice. There is a delicious restaurant attached to the hotel. You can also be served breakfast in the room. But if you feel like going out there is a lovely cafe a few meters away right on the water. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I understand the reasons but the increasing trend in Italy of having to take your own rubbish to separate out on departure. Try to create the minimal amount you can

Lovely welcome and friendly staff. The room was perfect for our purposes with a comfortable bed and studio kitchen should you want . The location was great for exploring the lower end of the lake.

If I had to be very picky I would have liked to have had a washing up sponge provided as we washed up rather than use the little dishwasher.

Location was quiet with an amazing view of the lake from our balcony. Easy 15min drive to Stresa from where you can hire a boat to travel to the three islands . Lovely bar by the lake next to the hotel. Hotel restaurant was also nice. We also tried another restaurant “Primavera” which was very good and only five minute walk away.

A supply of coffee in the room works have been a nice touch.

The view was more than I imagined. Windows everywhere to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, count the stars at night. Spacious for our family of 4, very comfortable beds, kitchen equipped for making meals (grocery store in nearby Arona). Little bar and coffee place right on the Lakeshore next to the hotel as an option.

The 2nd bedroom in our apartment was 'cosy' and one bathroom for 4 adults took some logistical effort. Towel hanging facilities in the bathroom was lacking. Not enough hangars in the wardrobes.

The location is superb and the property is well appointed. The adjacent waterside cafe and bar were great for sundowners and a quick breakfast. The view from our spacious terrace was outstanding. Great staff, particularly George, who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

€5 charge for each sun lounger by the hotel pool (must be paid in cash to the lifeguard) really cheapened the experience. I don’t know many places that charge €350 a night, and then charge for a sun lounger on top.

Great location, views, friendly staff on reception. Genuinely excellent place aside from the Sun lounger issue.

Parking is not included and the public parking next to the hotel can be a bit tricky in the evening (cause there is a bar next to the hotel) and costs like 10 Euros for a day. But we knew that before. So that's no criticism, Just a kind of information.

The staff at the reception was very nice, especially Giorgio! The Pool directly at the lake is a big plus, especially for the price, SUPs and Kajaks are rentable. The Hotel has a nice little green area with lawn and seats with a nice overview over the lake. The Standard beach lounger were for free (the better ones not) and absolutely sufficient. The appartement was very clean and of a good standard, with a comfy bed, a big TV and good Wireless LAN. Streaming works perfectly. The balconies are small but with a great sight. Overall it's fantastic for what we payed.

We were there for a single night so couldn’t really settle and experience the place properly but on first feel was excellent!

Spacious apartment with big dining table, lovely balcony looking onto the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available and location is superb. There’s a small super good cafe just outside the hotel with fantastic food, pastries and cocktails!

The apartment had a big terrace with a wonderful view. The beds were very comfortable, the best we had in ages. The staff was very friendly, especially Giorgio, he gave us good recommendations and always with a big smile and a lot of positivity. We felt right at home!

Not well isolated in terms of noise - heard everything from above and the flats on each side of us, so nights ended when the neighbours started making breakfast.

Stunning location, best as far as we can tell from having a look around. Staff was very friendly and rooms clean. Also nicely placed near Arona to have dinner.

The only reason this place doesn't get a 10 is maybe the lack of dedicated parking and perhaps some fixtures that might need renovating in the near future, but nothing that affected our comfort and enjoyment.

The view from our windows was the lake right near, it was fabulous. The apartment we stayed at had an internal staircase and bathrooms on each floor, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Position of the hotel near the lake offer you an wonderful and relax view from the room and the yard too. When you have breakfast or lunch or and just have a cup of coffee. The location is perfect for whom want a relaxing stay near Arona or Stressa.
