The beds were memory foam but hard. Our flight was delayed and because of the check-in time we rushed to get to the hotel and eventually had to make arrangements to do after hours check-in as it was not easy to find and took longer than we thought. When we arrived, there was nowhere open to get something to eat.

Fabiana was very sweet and extremely helpful.

Not recommended for tourists visiting Rome. Very far from city center (30 min by car), poorly connected to public transport. Ugly neighbourhood to get through towards the center. Unconfortable, old room, rusty appliances in the bathroom. Try something else if you are a tourist visiting Rome.

The location is far from the city and it takes almost an hour to reach the city if you are planning to use public transport (we had to take two buses and metro to reach Colloseum). Buses are not regular and are mostly late or not even there at the published times. Recommended for stay only if you have your own vehicle.

Tired & dodgy place offering closeness to airport and low prices

The place is tired ad run-down, there is cigaret smell in the hallways and dodgy traffic in and out during the night. Not a place for a holiday but a for short night before an early departure from the airport it is appropriate and cheap.

The closeness to the airport an a low price was what we were looking for - this little hotel did it for us. The reception staff was really kind and helful. Rooms were clean.

Room was a bit small, bathroom included and the bed was a bit hard for our preference but we still slept well!

It was very convenient for us! It was close to the airport, without being too close. Awesome wifi connection, awesome staff!

    - No fans - esp in Summers, it gets really hot - No elevators / lifts - Location was bad - The staff needs to know proper English and should guide the visitors better about the local transport system

Beds were nice - cleanliness was good. Everything seemed just fine.

Some of the staff can't speak a word of English. You can hear everything through the walls and (closed) windows, gets loud with neighbours & cars. Takes over an hour to get to the center of Rome. Bus connections are OK, but expect to wait up to 40min if you miss a bus as they often arrive 5-10min before planned time and don't stop.

Good price. Nice location & great terrace to relax. Bus stop is just outside the property.

Nice Point to start the exploration of Rome. I've traveled with a Motorcycle and the Hotel is perfect for that. Your about 15 minutes away from the center of everything. It's a quiet place near a nature park. A good distance to the noisy city. Nice staff with a big sense of humor. Simple room with everything you need. Better WiFi access than in most Hotels. A vending maschine with snacks and drinks at the reception.

The place is really far away from Rome attractions. If you are taking buses to visit, expect to lose at least one hour to go downtown or to any attraction. You have to take at least 2 buses. There was no hot water in one of the five days that I stayed over there too.

The bedroom is good for the price and the staff is friendly.

Should have 24h reception or at least a WhatsApp contact. Remove dust bunnies from room corners. Credit card operated warm drink dispenser, and add a snack dispenser for lazy people with midnight cravings who can't plan ahead. Consistent heating for water and radiator would add to comfort. Mini fridges in the room would be a thoughtful addition, especially for warm summer days.

Eccellent value for money. This is a wonderful, bright romantic mini castle with high roofs on the first floor where we stayed. Plenty of parking right in front makes this location a great resting place to visit not only Rome, but fun places in the countryside and nearby cities. The staff is friendly and helpful, adressing any reported issues promptly, and offering advice on places to eat nearby and points of interest in Rome. Though the rooms may seem stuffy at first glance, all surfaces, beds sheets towels are clean. The heating may be spotty as reported by others, but by no means a big deal, even a bonus when you are out sharing warmth with your lover. Thick walls may reduce their free wifi coverage slightly but they do make up in privacy. Coin operated drink dispenser in the lobby so make sure you bring plenty of coins. A self-serve restaurant is 50m on the same side of the street, and 2 supermarkets and a gas station are 150m and 200m away. None of these are 24h so plan ahead and have snacks and water in the room. Park across the street and bus stop in front of the entrance. after one or two stops or a 2km walk there's a bus that goes all the way to the city center.

The staff is amazing! The location isn't great but they went above and beyond to drive us to the bus stop and to give us assistance with transportation, where to eat, and what to see.
