Modern, recently refurbished hotel within a minute's walk from the station. Room was spacious and everything worked. Staff were cheery and check in was prompt. Wifi worked well. Great view of the station from the room. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Lift was a little small, and congested sometimes.

Super fantastic location, just a few steps distance from Milan Central Station. Reception was quick, Hamza was so pleasing and helpful. Room was modern, clean, equipped with all amenities. Bathroom was super clean. Breakfast & breakfast hall was perfectly good. A true value of money. Would love to visit again. Strongly recommended if you plan a trip to Milan. 10/10.

As business traveller it wasn't my first time to stay at this hotel. It has great location - close to public transport and to city center as well. The hotel is clean, staff is kind and helpful. The new interior design is very nice and comfortable. Despite of the noise of the busy square the rooms are quiet thanks to the new windows. Overall this hotel is a good choice for business travellers and for couples.

In our room there was a closed door that separates the other room and I could hear people talking in the next room but it wasn’t a big deal for our one night stay.

The location is perfect if you have a big luggage, like 100m from central station. The staff is great. You’ll enjoy the breakfast in the roof top.

The location next to the Milan Central Station and taxi stand is hard to beat. Staff was friendly. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items, and a view onto the Piazza.

The location is absolutely, amazing if you travel by train! The hotel is right across the street from the train station and from the metro. The staff were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and spacious. It's a basic hotel, but they do their job well, so it's great value for your money.

Location, staff, value, modern, fun, convenient. Everything we were looking for was delivered by choosing this hotel. Close to Milan Centrale (train/metro) and many types of restaurants. You can even walk to the Duomo! Stay there, you will not regret it!

The refrigerator is empty with no complimentary water. The bath tub is narrow and high. Hard to maneuver your body when taking a shower.

The closeness to the central station. It’s just across the street. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient. The staff are so friendly. Breakfast is good. The bed is comfy and clean.

Breakfast was a good spread. Location was excellent. View was excellent. But what stood out to us the most was Mr. Hahza, the manager. He was beyond courteous, willing to help us every way possible. This is what a Hotel manager should be like. Thank you.

Overall impression of hotel and corridors quite worn down. Slow elevators. Breakfast choice is limited.

Absolutely perfect location adjacent to MI Centrale with beautiful view over the city square in front of train station. Room was spacious and I was lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the city! Very friendly staff. Perfect location with view also of breakfast room.
