I have been staying here a couple of times, very happy with everything! The owner is friendly and ready to help. The apartments are clean, tidy, and equipped with everything guests might need for their stay They clearly are putting a lot of thought and effort into taking care of the place

Neighbours above were a bit loud, but the host sorted it straight away and we never heard anything afterwards. No shop on complex. You need a car really.

Comfortable apartments with their own kitchen and a large terrace in a quiet, safe and peaceful place. Parking is next to the entrance. Convenient location for sightseeing. Responsive and attentive staff. Many thanks to the administrator Olga, who helped to solve any problems that arose.

There isn't much to dislike, the internet occasionally was weak or not working but I think that's probably a local provider issue.

The place is very quiet and comfortable and not too far (by car) for the local supermarkets.

Need to have own car (restaurants, shops, cafes are outside the property and public transport would be difficult). Our appartment was close to the road so cars could have been heard (nothing serious)

Beautifully kept gardens with private path to a pristine beach. Our family enjoyed a couple of days exploring the Pizzo area and discovered such an amazing part of Italy. So relaxing and easy drive to Pizzo town for dinner or shops. The beach is one of the best we’ve experienced in Italy!

There was a damp smell in the apartment. Terrible Internet!!!!! We had few days without!!!

The resort isn't what it was... Apartment was small, missing oven, kettle and cups but the last 2 was provide later on by stuff. There's no shop close by. Big swimming pool with slide doesn't belong to resort anymore, same tenis/football court and restaurant. No one informed us before we came

I would say you need a car to get about. Though the hosts were very accommodating you would have more freedom and see more if you had a car.

The staff were very friendly and extremely hospitable picked us up from airport and even took us to duper maket so we could collect provisions

We were not contacted by anyone connected to the property for the entirety of our stay except for the security guard who opened the apartment for us and was very helpful. However the apartment itself was very disappointing.. We arrived at 9pm to find the cupboard was bare. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, one toilet roll, no soap and just a drain of gas in the canister. The towels in the bathroom were not much bigger than hand towels and the property was advertised as having free Wi Fi. There was none..I understand that this was a self catering apartment but you think they would have the common decency to provide a few basics such as a bottle of water and soap especially as in this area at this time of year everything is shut at this time of night!

The surroundings and the bed was comfortable.

"I waited for 1 hr then left" (written in a message) and "you are late!" (said to me in person) are the first two comments I received upon arrival by two members of staff. This, despite promptly notifying them of our delay as soon as we landed at the airport. Unfortunately, we found bodily hair in the shower and a hairdryer with damaged wire wrapped in sellotape. The iron was also stained underneath and not safe to be used on any clothes. There were a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinet. In the bedrooms, we found a completely broken fan (literally falling apart) and very old/ultra soft mattresses. One of the bedrooms had external sliding door broken (it could not be locked). Walls would benefit from being repainted due to the large number of marks.

The cheapest solution in the area for the period we travelled. The apartment was on the ground floor with a private outdoor patio. It's part of a residential apartment complex with gated entrance. Good lighting of the patio and presence of outdoor tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Overall, the apartment is fairly spacious. The kitchen had a fair amount of utensils, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The bathroom was well presented with a big mirror and several clean towels. Hot water is delivered quickly.
