Not “didn’t like” but the room was very small for the price for 1 person ,the doors to the rooms are very close to each other and noisy , even if your neighbours are trying to be quiet .

Great location ,lovely,helpful staff via communication and in person . Easy access from train station via ferry and a short walk . Ferry to airport was close and easy as well . Great restaurants close by and as a solo traveler, safe area for walking at night .

No elevator with tiny steps, so difficult to carry luggage up and down The TV is not useful because you can use entertainment platforms like Netflix and YouTube etc.

It’s close to a lot of things… can just walk around to find them. The place is also close to water bus station which is convenient for luggage travel.

The breakfast was nice and simple. Right amount of food. The staff were fabulous. It was very close to the areas we wanted to go to. Being able to leave bags there before the room was ready and after we checked out was awesome. Thank you

Rooms were smaller than advertised. Location was also advertised to be overlooking the sea, when it wasn't.

Lovely bedroom and amenities. Very close to the Vaparetto stop and ideal for exploring venice. Really clear instructions on how to check in after hours, and everyone was very accommodating.

I didn’t find this annoying but a note that if you struggle with stairs, to request a lower level.

I didn't like that air-conditioner was not adjustable for yuor needs. Was blowing to cold air in to yuor bed. I didn't like the greeting of the staff at the lobby, including the manager. They were not willing to cancel extra room, which i order my mistake. They create the email for me to send to the manager, saying that I'm agree to pay 50% of the extra room wich i don't need. Plus taxes! Also they did spoke loud in italian abaut the situation, not in english. Also I did hear they mentioned word "police " wich made feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I did like the hotel , from the first look make you feel comfortable and welcoming. The room with veranda was very nice. The second room was good size. Comfortable for 2 people. Also garden padio for breakfast was very cool.

I had booked the cheapest and smallest room so could expect more. It was very small but quiet and private so completely fine for a single traveler

The steps were a bit challenging with the luggage, but I had the terrace room which is only on the top floor, so it was worthy.

It is a very good small hotel in the best part for visiting Venice. A nice breakfast in a beautiful garden. The rooms are small, but clean and tidy. Venice is extremely expensive and this hotel has a good price/category relation.

When we checked in our room wasn’t ready. We were just going to leave our bags but they said they had a room that was ready & they would upgrade us to that one. Our original one was on the 1st floor with King bed but the 1 we got was a Queen bed on 2nd floor. The shower leaked on the floor & the bathroom was tiny. Paid for King bed & got Queen & didn’t even have a balcony or anything.

Room is very, very, very small and very noisy. Do not even cough as it will be heard 3 rooms away. Keep this in mind whilst staying here.

Employees at this place are very, very friendly and very accommodating. Big compliment to them. Also, airconditioning is very strong, that is a big plus. Biggest upside was the price, €60 for a night in the very center of Venice. Amazing.
