The narrow roads leading to the property that are throughout Tuscany. A bit intimidating in our rental car but quickly acclimated

It’s a historic property, that was originally founded in the 900s actually, it has been restored to an agritouismo that is gorgeous.. Where you stay is part of the old farmers homes that tended to the vineyards around the property.. Corinna is a gem - so helpful with restaurants, grocery shopping locations- we have a full kitchen including oven, and we had a private garden overlooking the vineyards that we began the morning with coffee and ended our evenings with a cocktail/ wine so so nice

The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but each to their own.

The location was excellent, 5 minutes from San Gimignano, and with the peace of the countryside. We also made good use of the pool as we had some really hot days while we were there.

Absolutely beautiful location . Our room was spacious and comfortable . The property was quiet and peaceful. Views of the vineyards and San Gimignano were stunning. And the pool was relaxing with amazing views. The hosts are super helpful and nice. They had great tips and suggested great restaurants.

The apartment was beautiful and really well equipped. It had everything we needed. The scenery was like a painting, so beautiful. Really good location, 5 /10 minute drive into San Gimignano.

The owners were very welcoming, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The entire property is in a pretty setting amongst vineyards and olive trees. We travelled with a child and really enjoyed fun in the pool. Excellent proximity for a visit to San Gimingano.

The apartment is spacious and lovely, and the property is beautiful, with vineyards and cypress trees all around! Corinna was incredibly helpful and kind. She was also quick to respond to our questions. We loved that we were only a seven minute drive to the town of San Gimignano. When on the property, however, it felt like we were a world away!

Met as we arrived and shown through this amazing property! What a view. Just loved our Tuscan escape and being at the end of 4 weeks in Italy, we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Coop and cooking our own meals, eating the courtyard as we looked out over the grape vines and San Gimignano in the distances - so sick of finding restaurants and choosing food that we often were a little disappointed in. Corinna was a fantastic host and wealth of local knowledge. Loved the pool!

The landscaping around the pool is unfortunate: the wire fence just takes away from that dreamy Tuscan ambiance! Also note that there’s no food on the property so you’ll need to do a shop beforehand! It’s a rustic spot and I think it’s a tiny bit overpriced.

Absolutely gorgeous location 10/10: close to San Gimignano and at the top of a tiny hamlet. Comfy beds and plenty of space in the family apartment. Also loved the family’s artwork on the walls! A little breakfast basket for day 1 was a nice touch.

Amazing accomodation in the hills of San Gimignano. The feeling of staying here is amazing and for sure we will come back. Very spacious rooms, old and authentic furniture and decorations. The views were amazing everywhere you looked around, feeling like in a postcard :). Bonus: it offers a pool to enjoy the nice sunny weather and relax. Definitely reccomend it

Only one thing marred the whole experience. There is no insulation in the wall due to being an old Tuscan villa. It was a little to easy to hear the people in the next set of rental rooms.

The views were outstanding. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very Tuscan feel. Great outdoor pool and a place to do laundry.
