Fantastic vacation. Service very polite, rooms cleaning everyday, a large selection of breakfast, location 1 min wall to beach, super market 1 min walk. Very good value for money. Bus every 10 minutes to Rimini.

Our remote seemed to disconnect from the A/C sometimes, but that is the only tiny issue we could pick up on.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, the pool closes too early and need some comfortable chairs for the balcony. So nice out in the evening to have a glass of wine and people watch but the chairs were very uncomfortable.

The location was fabulous, view of the beach from the front and pool at the back. Staff were awesome and helpful. The apartment was super clean and had the amenities we needed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, as is the sound insulation between the rooms.

The breakfast is amazing, the coffee is ten points. Everyone will choose breakfast according to their wishes. Selection of sweets - ten points. We did not expect such quality service and variety of food in the off-season. The location is also great - a few steps from the sea, sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the sea views. The public transport stop is just 5 minutes away. Road, grocery store 3 min. Everything you need to visit the surroundings of Rimini.

We had people checking in right next-door to us at 10 at night. They had children and we could hear a lot of noise through the walls for quite a while as we tried to get to sleep. So I could imagine in the summertime it’s very, very loud. Also, the stove ignition did not work. The staff set up a lighter, but it did not work either.

The only downsides was the size of our room, a bit too small for a family of 5. A double bed in the kitchen/living area took all the space and there was no space really to move around. The other very small gripe was the shower wasn't very good.

The location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and many restaurants to choose from. The staff were exceptional, always super helpful and always pleasant, The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was superb. A really good swimming pool.

I stayed for just for a night in a low-season period of time. in this period it was a quite place offering a gorgeous breakfast with vegan and gluten-free options.

Shower without base next to the toilet. After the shower, it is not possible to go to the toilet without getting your feet wet.

Apartments with sea view. Dishes, glasses, corkscrew, gas stove are available. Courtyard pool. Very nice and helpful girls at breakfast and reception. Thanks Aleesia for showing everything. Quite a wide selection of breakfast.

Parking was an added cost, to we had not seen this, but it mean we had to park about 800 m away in a public parking place. The apartment was generally fine but just seem old and run-down. WIFI was not great. Often we used our own data signal on the phones instead of WIFI as it seem not to be dimensioned to the size of the hotel. Further the WIFI did not work on the terrace.

The location was great in terms of going to the beach, grocery shopping or good restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Receptionist who met us at arrival was disrespectful and not helpful. It's quite difficult to get to hotel using GPS. We can't find (in walking distance) any place to get dinner after 8:00 pm since they close kitchens early. Only Gelato and beverages places worked. Sofa bed in the kitchen/living room was very uncomfortable rough and hard to sleep. Apartment should contain at least some type of kitchen towels or napkins. When I asked for paper towels I was politely advised to use toilet paper or bath towels. No cookware. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom

Very weak Wi-Fi, hotel’s staff tried to help me as I was required to work on remote by providing additional login details, but even that did not helped a lot. On balcony, I was able to “catch” city Wi-Fi that was much stronger ( if not a lot of people around ) and from time to time I was able to do video conferences and work

Great location with amazing sea view from appartment’s balcony. AC worked without any issues in appartment and in the hotel, amazing breakfast ( longer working hours, very tasty, huuuge choice ( even gluten and lactose free options available ), great pool with “ water guard in place all the time”. All hotel staff is super friendly and helpful - thank you for great week :)
