The host was both thoughtful and flexible. We had a late arrival so she organised a taxi and arranged independent entry. Very friendly and on hand for any issues that arose during our stay. None did! This property had all the little extras that others miss and was extremely comfortable. I am a big guy and it was a pleasure to have a shower that I could actually move around in and my wife loved the quality hairdryer. Located opposite a fruit and vegetable shop and surrounded by lots of other food options. Very quiet at night and extremely safe. Cannot speak highly enough about the whole package.

Alessia was a most gracious host. She was super helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay at her place again. The place was spotless, and everything about it was comfortable. It was exactly how she described it on the booking. She was a life saver helping us navigate transportation during a train strike on a Sunday.

Cute little apartment has everything you need. The place is clean and well presented. Host was so lovely and helpful, especially when our train got cancelled due to a strike and we had to stay an extra night.

We had to get creative to dry laundry for 4 people. (Washing and drying a few things for 4 people adds up quickly.) There is a dry rack, which was great, but not big enough for a proper dry in a short amount of time. A minor inconvenience, though. We’d definitely stay here again!

Aesthetically, quite pleasing. Both the property and the host were warm and inviting. Alessia was very responsive and helpful. We used the kitchen to cook a meal for a change of pace, as there’s a small market within close proximity. The washer was also much appreciated; we were facing a string of HOT days.

Everything was prefect!! Everything!!

Alessia met us upon arrival and could not be warmer and more gracious. She showed around the apartment and explained everything to us. Washing machine, TV, etc. She provided great dining options. I had a cold and she recommend the best pharmacy. I instantly felt like I had a good friend!!

This is an incredible place in a perfect location, it's close to the Funicular and you don't have the same mass of tourists as you would have in the dead centre. The distance to the centre is perfect.

Excellent location, a short walk from the funicular station, very useful washing machine and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

Everything was good, but a couple of things could make it even better. It would have been nice to have a luggage stand, and an extra clothes drying rack would be nice.

Great location, comfy bed, plenty of space, friendly owner. The street it is on (Via Cavour) is mainly for pedestrians, so it is nice and quiet. There is a great gelati shop nearby (La Musa) - recommended. The heated drying rack in the bathroom helped with drying clothes after using the clothes washer. It was easy to access from the train station - just wheel the luggage into the funicular, then a short easy trundle from the top of the funicular to the property.

This apartment was in a wonderful location, it was beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. It had every amenity you could want (wi-fi, TV, air-conditioner, stove, refrigerator). Also it looks as ground floor with no steps to climb.

The location was perfect--just a few minutes from the funicular that transported us up from the train station. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen had all the appliances and table settings that we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was roomy with good water pressure. Our host gave us great tips on restaurants and a grocery store. There's a fruit/veggie shop across the street. We loved our stay here.
