Shower rather small.

The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are massive with a lovely lounge area to chill. Would highly recommend these appartments. It's a couple of minutes to the main bus station and gets you into venice in less than 15 mins for 3 euros return.

Tiny showers and small tight parking. The towels were tiny and threadbare. Didn't clean the room for our entire 9 day stay.

Spacious, clean good for large families or groups, excellent location opposite supermarket and shops. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by.

the ONLY negative, and it’s barely a negative, is that the unit’s showers are very tiny. Still, it’s a clean hot shower, but it’s tight! lol. Not a big deal.

The windows were not replaced during the renovation, they do not insulate at all, therefore it is very cold in most of the rooms, especially in the rooms with doors to the balcony. Shame, it could have been perfect; an unjustified economy for owners... The shower cabins are extremely small.

The apartment is very spacious, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, recently and tastefully renovated. The keys are picked up from the reception of the Venezia hotel, next to the accommodation, located at no. 5. The location is central, there are shops and the tram and bus station located nearby (T1 and 4L for going to Venice). The bed mattresses are new and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for food preparation. Probably taken in a warmer season, the accommodation can be perfect.

The apartment is very large, clean and perfectly located in the center of the city, 2 minutes from public transport that takes you to Venice in 10 minutes. You can find shops and restaurants right next to the location. I recommend and will come back.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. Firstly, the registration process was poorly handled, with no email confirmation sent to us. We didn’t receive any check-in instructions until three hours after our scheduled arrival time, which was quite frustrating. Upon entering the apartment, we noticed that the floor was very dusty, making it feel unclean from the start. The situation was made worse by loud music blaring from the bar downstairs, continuing until around midnight and making it difficult to get any rest. For a group of five, the amenities provided were severely lacking. There was not enough soap or toilet paper to accommodate us. Additionally, there was a complete lack of privacy—there were no curtains on the windows, which was quite uncomfortable. The balconies were in a terrible state, covered in bird droppings, and there was even a dead bird on one of them. This made it impossible to open the balcony doors or enjoy any outdoor space. Overall, this stay fell far short of our expectations, and we would not recommend it based on our experience. There was a room that was locked that made us feel very uncomfortable as we didn’t know what was there.

Ideal for staying with groups of couples. the near by amenities are great, so easy to travel to Venice from there, but also Piazza Ferretto is a stone’s through with great shops, bars & restaurants, and a lovely vibe.
