The city center is far from the hotel, we had to take the bus and then metro. It is situated in the quiet area but other hotel quests were very noisy at night..

The structure is a bit dated. The room key had issues swiping correctly and sometimes didn't unlock. A bit in the suburbs.

The room was humble but pleasant. A bit dated. But it was clean. The showerhead had a few issues. The hotel is about 15 min away from the central station.

The rooms are a little older but the service of the hotel staff makes up for it. Furthermore you need to be aware that you are not staying in the city centre and therefore need to travel +40 minutes to reach Rome city centre.

It was a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with not much traffic. It is wonderful to wake up in peace without all the hectic of the city. Traveling to Rome center was easy. Within 40 minutes you are in front of the Colosseo. You walk 1 street to the busstop that takes you to the subway station here you can take the subway straight to the Colosseo or different locations. Fiumicino Airport was about 30 minutes driving with a taxi. You can also do it with public transport but it will take you up to 2 hours.

Every evening, we had to return to administration to change our keys because they had stopped working. It was very frustrating. In addition, the soundproofing from neighbouring rooms and the corridor was zero. We heard everything, even when folks were only conversing.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, a clean and nice bathroom, and kind staff members. Spacious terrace. Free parking, nice breakfast.

No aircon at all (was very hot) and when I asked politely at reception the male receptionist was very rude and said there’s no aircon at all during this season. The bathroom door would not shut as it wasn’t installed properly which is also a big part on why I scored a 6.

Clean and tidy with house keeping everyday. Huge props to all the ladies at the reception as they were always lovely to us.

We were on the 6th floor right under the restaurant and the chairs were being dragged on the floor from 6am very annoying. The in room safe was OK for the first day, went to open it on the second day we couldn't open it, went to reception and they came up used a key to open it, changed the battery, but it still didn't work so we sleep with a valuables.

Breakfast was ok not the best I've had. Bacon was cold in the hot server. Fruit bowl was empty, when I got there, no one around to fill it.

We were on 6th floor, beneath restaurant and we got woken up every morning around 6 o’clock when then set the tables. Housemate took pack of coockies from unopened box- I hope She liked them😄

It's far from the main attractions and contradictory to the listings here. All the tourists attractions are far from the hotel and you have to take cab as commute is overpriced. Considering these points hotel isn't worth the money. Only one inhouse restaurant option as it's residential area with no options.

No Kattle, no coffee or tea, no napkins in the rooms, no table or chair in the balcony. I did not find it a 4 star hotel as published, may be 2 stars standards. Far from the center and everything.

There was a loose tile in the bathroom on the floor health and safety issue. The shower was slippery and the floor tiles a design fault.

The location Central for transport to Rome. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was nice.

There are a few things the shower head was not working properly, I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, the bed was soft what is ok but to soft and uncomfortable that I sunk down in it to much. The door lock didn't work.

It was a nice when you walked in and it had a small fridge for drinks.
