Breakfast is OK but coffee from the machine is not good. In Italy you can't put that kind of coffee for breakfast, it is a shame for our country. The restaurant is to avoid. Luckily they didn't make us pay. For that thank you so much. The air conditioning has to be changed. It's old and not working properly.

The resort is very nice, all the areas are so well kept and the view is stunning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice, kind and always smiling.

The property is a little difficult to find, you must make a very sudden turn from the main road. Not really the fault of the resort, but just something of which to be aware.

We loved the gorgeous views, the helpful staff, and entertainment for the kids. Centrally-located, easy to reach many of the sights of the Maremma.

It said on the website that the beach was close (800m) and that there was a shuttle bus but in fact the beach was a 10 min drive and quite pricey.

The poolside entertainment program was too loud, we could hear it from inside the rooms. Basically in the late afternoon and evening until 11pm there were loud songs, some of them completely obnoxious (especially the "baby dance" songs.... my brain wanted to jump out of my skull). I personally see no reason to bother the whole resort with a program that is actually attended by just a few people. Perhaps it needs to be relocated to a different part of the complex or not amplified because some of us go on vacation to read books, chat with family/partners and relax. I would also consider changing the lightbulbs so that the lighting in the rooms is warmer. This is a common problem in Italy, but so easy to fix!

It's far from the nearest beach, you need to take your car. The shuttle is not available due to covid-19 but they did not announce it in their facilities when you book it. They have a program for children at 22:00 to entertain them which is odd and annoying for the guests. The pictures is not what you get of the room, so just take in mind.

Located on a nice hill a bit off the beach but you have the sea view from the pool.

If you don’t have a car is a bit difficult to get there Restaurant menu was really limited a lot of the dishes they didn’t have Again if you didn’t have a car you couldn’t go and eat somewhere else, so that was a pain for us

It's impossible to be there without a car, we were lucky to have one. Pools are not near nice to the images provided. Myself and our friends would rate this hotel as a two star and no more. The room wasn't cleaned everyday, bins not changed. Basins not washed. The kitchen provided was tiny with very limited pans and kitchen utensils. Furniture was very dated. The people working there were polite, unfortunately it was not up to a four star standard. Thanks

We ate in the restaurant only once for lunch and the quality and value for money was extremely poor. There was no internet in the room. The hotel beach was not a pleasant experience and the rental of sunbeds etc was not included.

The hotel pool is well maintained and a good size. Access from the highway was easy.
