Took 1 star out due to not perfect cleaning. Overall, a great place if you want to be close to Vatican and Trastevere. Host superb, and the only place in Italy in 2 weeks where distanct check it really WORKED.

The shower in our room was a mess the design was incredible the spaces too narrow and you cannot open the water as well because there is a fault in the design

Came with a coffee maker, but no tea and coffee was provided. The room had a really strong smell of garlic which lingered our entire stay and was a bit off putting.

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodation is in the beautiful neighbourhood, very well connected to the city center. The host was super friendly and helpful, she even let us use the accommodation's parking space in the yard, ours after our check-out. You have everything you need inside your room. There is a good pastry shop a few minutes away, and pizzeria where we ate best pizza in Florence.

Good value for money. 30 mins walking distance from the touristy area, which is good for people who love walking. The room was clean and comfortable. Hosts responded to my messages within a few minutes.

The location was quite remote. You need to use at least one bus to reach the hostel from the center.

The hostel was quite warm. The heating was on 7/24 hours. There was soap and shampoo in the hostel.

Getting to the city center is not as easy as it seems—buses don’t follow their schedule at all, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a bus to the center each time. The rooms are built as cheaply as possible, so staying in them for anything beyond sleeping is unappealing, though they are acceptable for resting overnight.

The hotel is well thought out considering its location. The rooms are basic and cold, and the shower isn’t the newest or most comfortable, but staying here for a couple of days to save money is acceptable. The hotel itself is very convenient, with access to everything you might need: coin-operated washing machines, a microwave, vending machines, and a kettle. Check-in, check-out, and the overall stay are fully self-service, with no need to interact with staff, which I absolutely loved. As a bonus, there are several jacuzzis on the roof, which we happily tried out and enjoyed spending a couple of hours in. However, the lights on the roof weren’t working that day, and no one was able to help us, so we ended up sitting in complete darkness.

Needs some upgrading . PowerPoints & cupboards in the kitchenette were loose. No starter tea / coffee supplies were available Washing machine was good to have available, however there needs to be some clear instructions on how to operate a is pay service. Also the area badly needs cleaning up.

The unit was spacious & clean. Bed comfortable . Netflix streaming available. Secure parking was good . Lena was very helpful when we had a few issues connecting Netflix Able to walk down to the town . Roughly a 45 minute walk . Nice patisserie down the street . Is basic but comfortable.

The host was fantastic, very helpful and answered all our questions. It is situated in a good neighbourhood with a short walk to the bus stop to take in to Florence, or a good 1/2 hour walk to the start of the Boboli gardens. Good car parking facilities. Comfortable bed. A good place to be to visit Florence.

House can have a couple of doormats here and there as the floor was getting very dusty. There were cobwebs in the kitchen area so would have like cleaner.

It’s in good location with walkable distance to bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy with a car park within the compound. Host was highly responsive and helpful to us. My wife wasn’t well and Lena helped us with extending check-out time. Kitchen was functional.

Basic things like a dustbin inside the room would have been nice. Also the location is a bit outside the main touristic part of the city. Could be a problem if you arrive late at night for eg.(using public transport).

The property was clean and a good size. Whilst a couple of km out of the old city, it was 2 minutes walk to 3 bus lines. It took around 15 minutes on the bus. The owner was very responsive and the rooftop BBQ area was a real bonus. Excellent value for money.
