Definitely not a 4 star hotel by any normal standards

The Pool was not open on the first day which was disappointing. Breakfast was very basic. The rooms had no facilities such as a safe or tea & coffee facilities. No Pool towels. Considering it was only 25 mins to the airport - the 45euro shuttle seemed very expensive. Also a good two mile walk from the metro station to get into Rome. Payment was difficult as booking.com said we had paid all rates and taxes, but the hotel required a 6euro per person per night addition city tax.

The pool was great, however we were disappointed that it was not open on the first day of our stay.

We couldn't use the TV and the fridge didn't seem to work.

The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful. It might be far from the city centre but it was so easy to get into Rome - a 30 minute bus journey and 15 minutes on the metro. You can buy tickets at the hotel reception and the bus stop is right around the corner.

Worst location. Dirty rooms. Mouldy bathroom/broken toilet seat. Tiles in room broken. Food isn't great. Not to mention, your in the middle of nowhere and the hotel doesn't even open in the afternoon for lunch!!! So you can't get any food. Lied about pools. Outdoor one was closed and he indoor one you ONLY have access to after 8:45pm- since it's used for swimming lessons. Not at all near the airport. Taxi cabs scam you here! There it cost 68 euro and on the way home it was 35 euro??? Legit the worst hotel I stayed at my entire vacation in Europe!!! This hotel is no where near a 4 star- maybe a 2 at best-- and I'm being nice!!!

The ONLY restaurant near this hotel was okay

Air conditioning was not fully functional since it was still very warm when turned to its lowest. Moreover, It was impossible to get scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast, first because the order was not taken properly, then because the chef refused to cook the cheese with the eggs! In the servicing business, one can no longer get away with hardly any knowledge of English. Moreover, some of the waiting stuff could hardly speak Italian.

Large, comfortable rooms with a good view and plenty of light. Good wifi access throughout.

    Nothing Really.
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children

There was no water in the pool. The "indoor pool" is actually a shared leisure centre facility and has very restricted usage times for eg: one night it was open to us FROM 9PM - yes PM. after they had finished public classes. The view from or room was of a rubbish dump and festering bins. the Décor is Horrendous, Green is my favourite colour but everything is green! Breakfast service was abysmal. They have just cakes and pastries out to help yourself but everything else you have to ask somebody for. on the third day we got sick of waiting for someone to come and ask us if we would like anything. You can't even get your own coffee. Having missed out on anything off the menu on day 1 (because nobody told us there was a menu) on day 2 we ordered scrambled eggs with Bacon. The bacon was just the fat and rind cut off what we would call bacon. The bits that most people throw away in the UK. Disgusting. one itself was nice apart from colour scheme - yellow and green. It costs €50 from this hotel into Rome. The TV and mini fridge were plugged into a trailing socket into a double plug which sparked if you moved it. Not safe.We unplugged them both. On the first night we arrived late so ate in the "restaurant " which is actually in the lobby . Food was acceptable but no choice really other than Salad or Pasta Ragu. Ok if a last resort. Turn right out of the hotel and first right there are a couple of restaurants around the corner we wish we had known about sooner.

Nothing Really. Very Poor in every department.

The hotel is a 3-star standard hotel sold as a 4 star. The building is in dire need of renovation. Very poor buffet breakfast. Breakfast staff seem not to be able to follow who ordered what. Guarded parking is sometimes guarded sometimes not. Very slow and iffy wifi.

Very efficient and friendly reception staff. Big thumbs up. Clean room, free Wi-Fi.

    • Leisure trip

It is not really a four star hotel, but nevertheless it.offers good quality at a.good price. If don t have a car to drive to the nearby urbain rail.station acilia (5-10 min dive, 20 min to rome.center) or the metro station laurentia (further away) it is quite a jouney to the city center with public transport. There is no real restaurant (the pool bar serves snack meals.until late), but severals places around the corner.

Excellent price-quality. Great breakfast (plenty tochoose from or order). Big swimming pool and poolbar/sports village (tennis 10 euro /1h, also other fitness stuff). Nice and clean spacious rooms.

However, the hotel was also quite shabby. It might have looked like the photos 30 years ago...but has a certain 'faded Las Vegas glamour, now and could do with a refit. The Hotel was our choice because on the map it seemed to be close to Fuicimo Airport...however, that was deceptive, as the roads to get their take a very circuitous route. It took 30 minutes to drive in a taxi and 55 Euros each way--not practical at all for an overnight airport stay.

The staff did their best to accommodate us. They ordered our early morning airport taxi for us and directed us to dinner by the pool. (there was no restaurant, but the food from the outside pool bar was pretty good, though not what we'd expected.) The hotel was clean.
