It is less a hotel and more sanatorium for elderly people. P.e. no a la carte reszaurant. If you know it and expect it, you will have excellent stay.

Clean, cosy room. Very good pools area with mineral water.

soooo old-fashioned... I'm sure it meets standards of older generations, but will not appeal to youngsters. Bathrobe quality is pretty low

well, fair at best, clean rooms, reasonable breakfast and good location. All bathing facilities were, well, okay. There's a couple of good resto's nearby, you won't be disappointed

Unfortunately we didn't manage to reach an agreement concering the location of our room despite our booking one of the most expensive room 7 months (!) beforehand, staying for the second time for 12 (!) nights, and writnig to the hotel 2 weeks berfore arrival. The room was perfect , the location (facing the road) - not. And we were not offered to make a change during our long staying. 2 separate beds instead of double one (resepareted by chambermaid every day) is a bit of disadvantage too.

Stayed here for the second time. Again everything is good. Cosy, clean, friendly, beautiful and relaxing place.

The pool complex is brilliant, modern and very well maintained. Lots of space for relaxing poolside and under the trees. The breakfast is very good with huge variety of options in classic European buffet style. The hotel has a calm classic feel with an old fashioned charm. It's in a good location for day trips to Padua, Venice and Verona with bus and train links nearby, we would return and try some of the thermal spa treatments next time. The thermal waters attract an older and very European clientele, but we didn't find this inhibited our enjoyement we had a very relaxing stay.

All swimming pools have hot water and it's too hot in the summer. Only nice for older people, so if you are younger then it's not fun at all.

wonderful hotel with wonderful swimming pools, the majority of guests were in the age group of 60+. It was nice to see such a group of fancy and hip seniors who are taking very good care of themselves !! Also 3 very good restaurants at walking disctance, 10 minute walk, you must eat at the Aubergine while staying there

Breakfast was not organized well, very confusing. Old-fashioned design. Spa zone very poorly organized - no English directions, saunas are not free (absolutely outrageous experience with this), very few showers.

Great location-not touristy but close enough to visit Venice without being with the tourist crowds. Great sulpher pools to relax after long flight and days of sightseeing. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and great selection. More than you usually get from European breakfasts

    - Not much variation in breakfast, only the pastries are different between days. I would've liked more Italian cold cuts and bread. - Staff noticeably more invested in Italian guests, just polite against others. - Noisy guests and rooms. More than once we couldn't sleep until past midnight due to extremely loud televisions. - Some biting insect (probably mosquito), got over 20 bites during 10 days. - Not very comfortable beds at the swimming pool.

    - Large room and bathroom. - Heated swimming pools are very nice. - Hotel is on walking distance from nice restaurants, and on a quiet location with covered parking spots. - Not too busy / crowded. - Noise complaint was handled well by staff and did not reoccur.
