Beds in our room were very hard and uncomfortable which is a pity because everything else was so nice but after walking around Venice all day a comfortable bed is important .also no shower curtain so floor got very wet .

Great location beside a small canal and close to bus and train station ,staff were lovely , rooms very clean and we were given bottled water every day in small fridge in room .breakfast in sister hotel a few doors down was great plenty of choice and staff lovely.bathroom very modern and well supplied with toiletries.our room was small but we had a small balcony which was nice.

The location is fantastic and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's really convenient being close to the city entrance, and I love the restaurant and backyard area too. It's such a great place to relax and unwind.

Do research if booking tour through hotel, we where informed of two different prices and over charged compared to going with company direct. Also make sure you confirm drop off point as we were told by three different people drop off would be at pick up point but then dropped off 39 minutes from hotel

Tight bathroom. Strangely, no shower curtain, resulting in water going EVERYWHERE!!! Other than that, I highly recommend.

Quieter location. VERY friendly staff, who went the extra mile. Balcony room top floor, overlooking the canals. Great location if you don't want the noise.........well, other than an annoying Caspian Gull at 5am!! Lol

The property is located only a few minutes walk from the bus stop in Venice. Although we booked hotel Arlecchino, we were put in Hotel Olimpia only a few doors down and we could not complain. Hotel Arlecchino didn’t seem to be open throughout our stay in Venice and nobody explained why we were staying in Hotel Olimpia. My guess is that these are “sister” hotels and work very closely together. The room was beautifully presented and the staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. Before our stay I had asked the best way to get to the hotel from the airport and we got there by way of the ATVO bus which was €18 approx for a return. This was very easy to get and cheap too. We got our tickets from a machine at the airport. We travelled here for my other half’s 30th birthday and the hotel really did not disappoint. I had requested that they do something special for this celebration and to my surprise they had given us a canal view!! And on top of this, they also left a card and a bottle of Prosecco for us to share in the room. This was such a lovely touch. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. They don’t do bacon or beans but they do croissants, cakes, scrambled egg, chicken sausages, bread for toast, bread rolls, cereals, meats, their famous cicchetti, boiled egg, yoghurt and fruit. We had a scrambled egg toasted sandwich one morning, croissants the next with jam, and fruit and yoghurt the day after and tried the cicchetti - delicious! They have a coffee machine, breakfast tea and the juice is lovely. I am so pleased that we had breakfast here. Our rooms were tidied each day and towels replaced if used along with soap etc which was also replaced. I saw comments to say that the hairdryers weren’t strong but ours worked perfectly and dried my long hair in 15 minutes which was fab. They had a TV in the room and we logged onto our Netflix account at night to watch some shows together.

The Hotel was under maintenance, so we stayed in Hotel Olimpia, which is right beside Hotel Alercchino. Hotel Olimpia was absolutely wonderful, from the rooms, to the breakfast and especially the staff.

The room was too hot, but the staff tried to fix this. Due to the unexpected closure of the Arlecchino for renovations, I was upgraded to the Olimpia Hotel next door, but was not told this ahead. So my arrival was a bit confusing. But as soon as I realized where I was to be, everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful hotel, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was first rate- the room was well appointed, the breakfast was delicious and varied , the staff was charming and helpful. The proximity to the train station was convenient. Staff gave great recommendations and directions.

Since there were some repairs done at the property, we have been upgraded to the Hotel Olimpia next door to Hotel Arlecchino. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed the breakfast.
