RomaniaI am still lobbying for sockets near both beds. We are modern day tourists with all sorts of devices, and it's not exactly funny or comfortable to travel with your own socket extension.
This was my second stay at this hotel, and it's certainly not the last, as long as I keep going to Bergamo. I will continue to choose it again due to its perfect location right in the center of the city. Once again, we had quite a spacious and bright room, all super clean and the beds were comfy. As we were returning guests, we received a voucher for drinks and that was a nice surprise. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

SerbiaThis is a problem in many countries. Staff don't know enough information to help people in weelchair. And if you know that you don't know just say that.Do not give information that is not true. First level could be to know for example:. Train from Bergamo.to Milano which are going in 9:02, 10:02...is available for weelchair with out of assistant but another one at 9:20, 10:20...have 3 big steps and disable person must have assistant from the railway station. AND YOU MUST SEND A MAIL 24h early.to get assistant. So ...we have problem, and the ladies which were working on ticket office were sooo rude. If I have time that day I would make a long email for newspaper and I would speak with their shief...but people on the station help me to.undrestand what should I do to get to Milano and problem was solved. We love Italian people so.much and these two ladies were shame for Italy. If I am chief younger lady will lose her job because the way how she speaks with me - mother of the girl in weelchair and she knew that we are tourists. She could tell me just two more sentences and I will understand whole situation.

RomaniaI think the biggest issue was the cost. Prices for accommodation seem to have skyrocketed in Bergamo, so affordable options are limited. But given the high cost per night, there are some things one would expect to have for that money, such as a fridge for example. Also, not having sockets near both beds was kind of complicated and also annoying, but I guess this is a thing in Italy as the buildings are kind of old.
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Bergamo, close to anything of interest for tourists, such as the bus stop to go to the airport. We had quite a spacious and bright room. It was all super clean and the beds were comfy. We were lucky with the shuttle service, which is a bit expensive (30 eur), but it's a lifesaver when your plane lands in the middle of the night. The breakfast was delicious. This place remains a top choice for returning.

MaltaBreakfast is good but for €15 pp is expensive for what you get. No blame on hotel but avoid booking a taxi to airport from hotel as I paid €26 in no traffic when from airport to hotel I paid just €16 in a fairly busy hour.

The staff were fantastic, very approachable and extremely helpful when asked questions relating to Bergamo. The location of the hotel in the new town is perfect, it is beside bus station, very close to shops and about fifteen minutes away from transport to the Old town.
