Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ski room is miserable and rooms miss fridges
the hotel is on the main street of the town, about 7 minutes walk (adult pace:)) from the Ciampioni car lift. there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the hotel to the lifts (9:00 - 12:00). the room is cosy, beds and linen are excellent, personnel is above excpectations, cuisine is very-very good. there is a hotel parking just in front of the door. it's small, but we had luck

I wish I could have stayed longer.
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Armin in Selva. The staff is very professional and caring. We got upgraded to a larger room with terrace. The room itself was spacious and comfy. The dinners at Hotel Armin were truly excellent, and very good value. While we did not book half board in advance to keep our options for dinner open, we never went for dinner anywhere else. It was too good to be missed! This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the Dolomites. Thank you to the owners and their team for such a pleasant stay!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. One cable car is a 3 minute walk. Another is a20 minute walk. Both offer stunning views. The service and food at the hotel restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend

Everything was nice. Nice and kind employees were the best even house keeping people were nice too. Located a few minutes from the bus station. Most of other hotel located on the hill. But, this hotel isnt. This is my second time for Selva. I wish i could stay here once again if i come next time!

The service was incredible, the location was perfect, the food was spectacular and so well priced! The staff were so helpful with any questions about local tours and transport. It really made my stay in the dolomites amazing! I hope to be back one day

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they provide free of charge bus tickets, also bus time table. We booked a room including dinner, very delicious food, which is more than our expectations. All staffs in restaurants are quite warm hearted, feel at home. The room are quite beautiful. All good, have nothing to complain. Will recommend to friends or family in the future.

Parking is a little busy in the summer, but they do make sure you get your space and keep it. Summer blankets are a little scratchy
Great breakfast and dinner, very affordable for a 5 course meal! The rooms are cozy, and the view is great. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! Spa is also very nice 👌

I honestly can't think of anything that could be made better. All the staff were superb at helping myself and my wife have a fabulous holiday.
Breakfast was ample and lots of fruit and cereal. There were lovely eggs, meats and cheeses. There were many varieties of breads. Finally coffee, tea and fruit juices were excellent.

Great staff, everyone was so friendly. We ate breakfast and dinners at the hotel and they were fantastic. The facilities available (including the wellness centre with saunas etc) were really good as was the wifi. Would happily stay here again!

Very nice hotel, with super friendly staff. The room was spacious, and they have a nice wellness area downstairs with a sauna and steam bath, which is great for relaxation after a long day at the slopes. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the slopes. We also paid for a depot option with the place from which we rented the skis (next to the Ciampinoi lift) so we di not even had to carry our skis and boots back and forth to the hotel. The Ciampinoi lift is a 5 min walk, and the Costabella lift (to access the other skiing area) at most 10 mins walk away. Their dinner option is a huge value for money. We picked up the option for half-board to ensure that we will always have dinner available, and we had plans to visit other dining places as well. We ended up eating all times at the hotel restaurant. They serve 5-piece dinners, spaced out over time, so you do not end up feeling stuffed at the end. Their sommelier was super friendly and always had good suggestions.

I would highly recommend Hotel Armin All the staff were so helpful attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much The buffet at breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold options We booked B& B but in fact the evening meal was so good …with 4 or 5 courses of wonderful food that we eat in the hotel 6 or the 7 nights Considering the quality it was incredible value This hotel punches way above its 3 ⭐️ rating Will definitely return
