When we booking they said have parking facilities on site , that is not true we need to leave the car about 100 metres on public parking, not serving breakfast either if you want to take breakfast you have to go McDonald's

Bad smell in the room, noise from outside and other rooms (the walls are too thin), the room was even smaller than it looked in the photos. When I contacted the hotel staff via Booking chat due to my late arrival, got no hello or thank you for the information- in my opinion the hotel staff should be more friendly.

The room is quiet old.

The location is perfect. On the left is Gelato shop, right is McD, in front are souvenir shops. 3 minutes walk from Leaning Tower of Pisa and 8 minutes walk from Arno river bridge. 2 minutwa from bus station which will take you to Pisa central station

Room is even smaller than it looked in photos and could have been cleaner. It also overlooks the 'market' (which is just a bunch of stalls selling the same tourist traps) without proper curtains so is noisy and bright, its also next to a MacDonalds adding to the noise. My door didn't lock very well, I struggled to get it open from the outside, and could only lock it from the inside if I left the key in it. Would have been nice if a bottle of water had been provided, or even just a cup so I could drink from the tap. Overall the room is fine if all you need it for is a night's sleep, but wouldn't stay longer or spend any time in there.

Very close to the tower, 2 minutes and you're there which means you're also close to lots of food choices (but you should walk an extra block for better flavours at lower prices). Also close to San Rossore station and a large supermarket. Bed was comfy, shower had hot water and good pressure. Linens and towels were spotless. Staff spoke decent English and were happy to hold my bags after check out so I could explore Pisa.

The walls are a bit thin - could hear how many times did the person in the room next to me sneeze.

The location is amazing - just around the corner from the Leaning tower, Pisa Cathedral, Baptiserium, Composanto.

Central location a short walk (5 mins max) to the Leaning Tower and Cathedral etc. Basic accommodation but exceptional value given how well located and comfortable enough - if you want deluxe you will.pay a lot more !

The property was very dated. The staff were lackadaisical. The AC doesn’t work. We asked for assistance and they said it didn’t work and it may come in later. It didn’t. I’m sure it was never going to come on because they had their system off. Window opened didn’t help and actually was much worse because all of the bug bites we got when it was open. One attendant said they didn’t offer breakfast, when we checked in the other one did. I asked again and we were given a ticket to retrieve a coffee and croissant next door, worth 2€ each; we were a party of three. Any food beyond the basic endures a charge. We paid.

The property was close to the train station. we were able to walk with our luggage to the hotel.

Thin wooden doors that did a bad job of ceeping noises out when guests was pasing by. Sometime I taught I forgott to close the door. No problem in low-season/no weekend/no party hours I supose if one have problem to fall a sleep.

For the prize - Ok. Nothing extra or special whit my room att first level. Spacious cabinet for clothing was a plus.
