Last time I was there (may 31st-jun 1st) the AC didn’t work even though it was paid for and I didn’t have an option to leave a review. But this time it did work so everything was okay overall.

People at reception were nice, the wake up service saved me and my flight and I’m really grateful for that :)

The sink hot water didn't work. It wasn't as if the problem was that the water came out cold. Instead, no supply of water came out at all when set on the hot water side. Fortunately, nice lovely hot water in the shower which was a welcome to soak my feet after much exploring Rome.

After check-in, it was amazing to walk into a room that had the AC left on as outside it was over 30 degrees. The room was very clean, with good quality soap and body wash, comfortable bed, and decent facilities and decor.

They gave us the wrong wifi so it was always disconnecting and it was frustrating. We learned this when we were checking out. I didn't like the cleaning. They made the bed every day, change the towels however I don't think they've changed the sheets.

Location is good. It's not in the city center but we knew that. There is a bus station in front of the building. Train station is near it's easily to access to the airport. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. They might be forgot to give us a complimentary water while we were checking in but since I saw a comment on here, I asked second day and they gave us free.

The beds were not comfortable but I was able to sleep. They served their purpose.

The staff was very friendly, professional, patient, kind and ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. I would describe the hotel decor as modern, eclectic chic! So pretty! Our room was so nice, clean. The front desk staff was so helpful with getting us a cab for airport transportation and suggesting a great restaurant for me and my mom! Definitely recommend!

Breakfast wasn't the best but honestly you can't complain too much for a free breakfast. There was also no coffee masking facilities in the room which is a bit unusual but ultimately not the end of the world

Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Extra duvets and pillows were a nice touch, staff were also very nice and the hotel was easy to get around. Great amenities in the room as well as the hotel itself

All good, they just didn’t have plastic forks but they were out of stock, it’s ok. Very poor diversity of breakfast positions. Only few croissants, yogurts, cakes plus coffee.

It’s very clean and Cousy, it’s a good place to sleep well.

Very limited breakfast, I read about Italian traditions in advance so we were prepared but if it’s a hotel then perhaps should break out of tradition

The room was great and suited us perfectly. Also amazing sound-proof windows (bc the street gets super busy) but we barely heard it! Good connection to the city. Great pizzeria nearby

I would preference to have more variety on the breakfast.

The rooms were very specious, clean and bright. Very good mattress on the bed and every day they were tidying the room putting fresh towels. The location was okay, considering that there were busses that could bring you to the center.

The hair dryer did not worked in our room but they gave us another one. There is no salty options for breakfast, like cheese, ham or something.

The quadruple room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is far away from the city center but it is easy reachable as there is a bus stop next to the hotel. 7 minutes walk to the Libia metro station and 5 minutes walk to the Rome Nomentana train station which is connected to Fiumicino airport. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. There was some rainy days but hotel borrowed us umbrellas free of charge :)
