Room slightly small. Needed another chair as only one in room for 2 guests, but room was possibly too small to get another in. No English tv channels except sky news, so in effect none so had to use you tube.

The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help and make us feel welcome. We were really impressed with the little details. Such as complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge, complimentary drinks on the terrace and a free mini bar. Our room was really clean and very comfortable. I particularly liked the memory foam pillow. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Great location, breakfast superb, hotel provided us with a breakfast to go when we were on a day trip, leaving before restaurant opened for breakfast. Staff very helpful with organising taxi’s, restaurant recommendations etc. Junior suite brilliant layout for a family of 4.

The wallpaper in our room wasn't the cleanest, there were alot of stains on it, particularly on my side of the bed there was an obvious spill/splash of some sort all down the wallpaper. It was hard to get a reservation for the restaurant on the day, so make sure to book in advance!

The breakfast was exceptional. The variety of food, how fresh it was, and the service from the staff every morning was outstanding. One of the best hotels I've ever had breakfast at. The location was perfect. Close to the "hop on hop off" tour bus stop, walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum (if you enjoy walking) and loads of lovely restaurants and pubs close by.

The lobby was very warm, even though it was warm outside. It was uncomfortable to wait for the room after the walk from the train station.

Room size for our family of 4 was great, and sofa bed was made up for us before we arrived. The location was walkable from the train station, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. Air conditioning worked very well!

Not a lot of places to eat for dinner outside the hotel. Quiet area at night. Room was stuffy at times.

Not necessarily a dislike but at breakfast there is a lovely selection of cake available but i just can't indulge in sweet treats at breakfast time, however if they had been on offer later in the day that would have been perfect.

Our stay at the Artemide was fantastic. Centrally situated we were able to walk to most areas of the city. The cherry on top was the sensational ice cream parlour just a couple of doors up from the hotel which we visited everyday on our way back from our explorations. It was such a lovely way to recharge after hours of walking and exploring. The mini bar in our room was well stocked and many items complimentary which in my experience is fairly unusual. The spa is small but perfect for an hours relaxation.

My wife and I were celebrating a milestone birthday and booked a cruise in the Mediterranean and wanted to spend some time in Rome pre-cruise. We did extensive research to find the perfect hotel to celebrate and experience the beautiful city of Rome. We were looking for spectacular hotel with exceptional customer service, a great location and we had a particular desire for access to a private rooftop terrace. Hotel Artemide provided all of our requirements and much much more. When we arrived at the Rome airport a ride arranged through the hotel was there to greet us with an exceptional driver named Aldo (who also took us to the cruise port). From that moment to our greeting at the hotel, to our leaving hotel, every moment during our stay was near perfection. The hotel provided us exceptional customer service that has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. Ivan at the front desk, who we dealt with on a number of our requests prior to our arrival, greeted us warmly, knew who we were and continued to look after us throughout our stay. His photo with us is attached to this review and the smiles say it all. Thank you for everything Ivan. The entire hotel team was like being with family, but only better. The room provided a unique experience with an access to a private rooftop terrace. It was well appointed, had a Jacuzzi tub and a great view of the surrounding neighbourhood. Laying there in that tub staring at the stars from a rooftop in Rome is an experience I will never forget. If you are hungry and looking for exceptional food, the breakfast room is one of best we’ve experienced. The fantastic team in the breakfast room add to your experience. They really made sure every guest was well looked after. We gots hugs goodbye. Wow.
