For the second stay the beds weren't good. The wifi was worse and had to go down at reception for wifi. Other guests had the same issue with wifi.

Room was a bit to small for a 4 star hotel. Also the hotel didn't appear to have a restaurant which should not be the case for a 4 star hotel.

The bar was really good and the choice if cocktails was good as well. The staff were nice polite and helpful.

The bathroom was cold. Maybe the renovated rooms reach 4 stars, but the old ones, in which we would have stayed, definitely not. But for 1 sleep over it was fine.

On the evening when we arrived, there was a very friendly lady at the reception. She recommended us good restaurants.

Bring your own toilet paper (despite the room rate of more than 100 €/night). The toilet paper the Art Hotel Boston provides may be remarkably artsy because no other hotel I've stayed at has provided thinner toilet paper but, unfortunately, it's completely useless because it's not suitable for its purpose. Bring warm clothes for winter stays because the room doesn't really get warm. The safe was closed when I arrived. Forget about wine evenings on the balcony – unless you enjoy balconies completely covered in pigeon excrements that haven't been removed for ages, from the railing to the floor. The chair in the room is low, hard and uncomfortable if you intend to do any computer work in the room.

The neighbourhood is safe. The distance to Porta Nuova railway station is walkable. Good tram connection to the centre. The staff are friendly and speak languages.

The room did not look like it was advertised on booking.com: a little bit small, furniture - too old, possibly restored, kind of antique, maybe someone likes it. Although there were no problems with the water in the shower, the water pressure in the bidet was unsatisfactory - it could be said that there was practically no pressure.

Excellent breakfast, fresh coffee, very friendly and helpful breakfast restaurant staff. Good and stable WiFi. Close to Politecnico di Torino.

for a 4 stars I was expecting a bigger room. but after this first impression you are going to appreciate the calm atmosphere.

In otherwise very nice bathroom the water pressure was quite weak. The breakfast was not in the nice hotel lobby area, but in neighboring building, where the service was not at the same level.

Excellent location, unique lobby, library and other spaces in the ground floor. Quirky room with nice bed. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Very unique interiors.

We would like some international channels on the TV such as BBC or CNN. Some redecoration of the bedrooms is needed. Reception staff did not know about local shops. Gave incorrect information.

A bit more cleaning - ceiling had some dust hanging down, some old garbage from other visitors on the terrace. Nothing that can’t me quickly fixed :).

We got the ‘Coffee’ room which we though was funny. The place was nice. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel and it was a basic breakfast buffet. Pretty okay In our head. The place is a bit far from the city center but 20 min away in a beautiful city is nothing! Overall a pretty good stay!
