The bathrooms were very small and could hardly sit on the toilet. The attic made it a task not to bang our head because of the low ceilings.

The personal was so welcoming, nice and reasonable. Specially the girls who were working on the reception, always kind and eager to help you any time. The owner as every owner cared only about money, but he was fine.

It's not strictly speaking a complaint but the bathroom and shower were a bit small (but then, I'm rather all). The Wifi was a bit spotty at times.

Super calm, at least where I was, on the fifth floor. I suspect that those are the former servants' quarters but the triple advantage of 1) small windows with wooden shutters, 2) windows giving on the backyard instead of the street, and 3) being on top of everyone else meant that there was nor noise or light to disturb my sleep. Also very friendly personnel: when I'd realized at the three in the morning that I'd forgotten my key, the nice person on the other end of the emergency number walked me through how to get a spare. And there are a bunch of really nice restaurants in walking distance.

A beautiful traditional building in a really great location to walk into the historic centre and all the ‘must see’ places. We found the hotel and room to be really well kept and very clean. We had a triple room for just one night which was very quiet with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful and accommodating.

I wish there had been tea & coffee making facilities in the room, (but I had failed to check this when booking). Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

The location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes walk and you are right in the centre of Turin. The hotel building is beautiful with loads of character. It’s also in a quiet area of the city despite being so close to the centre.

Old building with reformed rooms. In general quite happy with my time there. Very comfortable beds. You can go walking everywhere. Very quiet area. The woman in the reception was really nice and kind.

Breakfast a little limited, by Irish standards anyway, we are normally used to buffet style. Pillows a little hard. Would like to have a kettle in the room.

Central location, 10 mins walk from train station and many attractions. Good sized room, easy accommodated 2 adults and 3 young teenagers with room to spare. Friendly staff, interesting building, bathroom and room with a balconies. Room very clean, liked the maps in corridors.

The decor of the room felt too strong (magenta colour scheme). Bathroom was a bit small and "kitchen" unit wasn't really useful. It could do with some freshening up. The place was not dirty at all, but it didn't feel totally clean.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Understand that the building is old, and there is a certain style and character about the place. Great value for money and not a long walk to the centre of the city, so location was convenient.

The staff was very understanding and compliant. It’s very close to everything important but not in a busy street. The beds are very comfortable and the room is cosy, with ac. Since we get to keep the key, we are very autonomous about getting out.

The place sadly needs updating. It's a bit shabby looking although everything works, and everything is clean. This hotel could really be a grand palace if someone would put some cosmetic work into it. A little paint and TLC, and this place could fetch double the room price, at least. Come on! Fix the old girl up, so she shines again!

Very interesting very old Hotel - you can feel the history. I liked the feeling. Not for those who need everything to be ultra-modern. Very friendly, young staff, who speak English. Great price. Walking distance to restaurants and center, but not a short walk. High ceilings, fabulous architecture. Quiet, as the walls are so thick! I got an attic room with an outdoor terrace which was nice.

Would recommend that the owners look into fixing the AC vent in the junior suite that kept leaking when turned on. Other than this, hotel was perfect and will definitely stay here when back in Torino.
