Location was excellent right in the heart of Assisi. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. 3 flights of stairs to get to the room so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or a hard time with steps. We are from the USA and the bath/shower was different from what we are used to. It's a smaller tub with a hand held shower head, the ceiling was short so you couldn't stand up like I am used to but you can sit in the tub and bath then use the shower wand to rinse off. This place gives you the real feel of what life is like living in Assisi. We brought the train up from Rome and used the Taxi that the host recommended. That worked out perfectly and was 20 Euro for 4 people . The taxi picked us up by the train station and dropped us off right by our apartment, driver was very friendly and super helpful. Overall it was a great place to stay. We had 4 ladies and the place had everything we needed.

The property was lovely, the location perfect, and manager was an absolute gem! She made excellent restaurant recommendations and her taxi referral was wonderful and accommodating.

It had all the amenities one could possibly want. Location is as central as it could possibly be. The hosts made it cleared that they were available at any time there was a question. Very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and very spacious! Perfection!

Fabulous position, very central for Piazza del Commune. Studio was well appointed with everything I needed.

The air conditioning struggled to be effective given the size of the studio in the very hot weather.

Fantastic location, could not be more central. Facilities were great and very easy to find. The terrace area was great in the early morning as it was nice and cool

Bath tub was a bit small as I am 6’2” and a few low beams, but absolutely ok for a weekend break

Location perfect

Outstanding location, quiet, clean, and beautiful views. We had three dinners at three different places within 200 meters of property and all were excellent. Very close to all sites on east end of Assisi and a 10 minute walk to the west end. Amazing property for the cost. An outstanding value.

Location! Location! Location! Right on the main piazza, and a good size apartment with a great terrace that has good views in all directions! Good facilities just bring food & wine😎

Not a negative for us, but if you don’t like a traditional Italian bath or stairs, be aware of this. But also remember; if you want views; most of the time it comes with stairs. We preferred the view.

Location was excellent. And the terrace had an amazing view. We loved sitting on the terrace listening to the buskers in the square below. But it was also quiet at night so no problem sleeping. Communication with the host was clear.

Nothing really, but beware the shower is a sit down bath style.

The apartment is beautifully fitted out. The Christmas decorations in the living room were lovely and enhanced the celebratory feel of our stay. The apartment was spacious- easy to relax. It was also cosy for our winter stay. The location is perfect for accessing great restaurants as well as many of the main sites. I can highly recommend Baccanale to those who are coeliacs as their menu can be 10% gluten free. The hosts of the apartment were quick to respond to messages and went out of their way to assist us. Highly recommend.

If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage the stairs may present a challenge. Make sure you check with the hosts in advance of booking about the flights of stirs you will need to climb.

Spacious flat. Location excellent, right off the main square but still quiet (stayed at the end of October).

The location and the terrance are outstanding

- no mention of 3 flights of stairs with no lift, my elderly mother had a difficult time - bathroom barely has a shower

The accommodation is located in the centre of Assisi, in piazza del Comune. It is a one-bedroomed attic overlooking the square. The bathroom is separate and has a bathtub. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was a great experience and we really enjoyed being in the historical centre.

The flat has a small balcony which only serves as a veranda, but not for sitting outside.

The location could not be more perfect. Literally a dozen steps away from the Piazza del Commune, which is dead centre of town. The apartment is beautiful- high ceilings, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and has a well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is in the center of Assisi, with lot of bars and restaurants. Very close to a lot of turistic places :-)
