A bit old and not quite so clean. The previous guest's wine bottle was not removed from the cupboard. One day all the room keys were hanging in the stairwell, which I found a bit strange

The rooms are not well isolated, for all three nights we could hear the other guests fighting, and you can ever hear normal talking trough the walls. The rooms were very small which is not such a big deal for just a place to spend the night, but the rooms were not very clean, we stayed there for 3 nights and the towels and sheets were not changed not wven once.

Toilet unable to flush at times and the key was quite tight when unlocking the door. ... always had to wriggle it hard to remove it !! Perhaps needs a bit of an upgrade in those areas but no issues otherwise.

The hotel could do with a refresh. There was mould in the shower, the toilet wasn't perfectly clean, the bathroom door couldn't close because it was too close to the sink, the hotel's solution to this was to cut out a piece of the door. The walls are very very thin between rooms. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had bikes available but when we arrived and enquired, the hotel had decided to stop offering bikes as they had been maltreated. This was disappointing for us because it hadn't been communicated before arrival or updated on the hotel's page. The staff were also quite short tempered when communicating this to us. Breakfast was ok but the coffee (from a machine) could do with improvement. The parking is expensive and you have to pay for a full day even if arriving late or leaving early, we found free parking on a road nearby instead.

The garden was pretty although the weather didn't permit us to use it. There was a wide choice of options for breakfast

The room was clean with a small balcony,great value of the money. The breakfast has sweet and salted options that can be served also on the beautiful terrace. Close to the beach a 5-7 min walk, lots of stores and different markets in the area. Parking is 10e per day.

Nice hotel, very clean, near to the beach and just a few minutes from Mirabilandia. They offer discounted tickets for Mirabilandia at a really convenient price. Great breakfast with many various cakes, brioche with all kind of fillings, pancakes, wafels, all kind of fruits, joghurts, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, jams etc. We loved breakfast and the possibility to eat in their beautiful garden. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitelly come back and highly recomend it

Before check in I had already seen discussing a other guest with the owner of the hotel (a man called) regarding a booking and not the right room available. I did make a reservation for 3 rooms, and 3 parking spots, thinking it was included in the booking. So I did tell the same “man” owner of the hotel what I’ve seen during booking the rooms, and he started to speak very rudely. A shame of a owner of a hotel. Ended up paying 2 cars 1 for free. I did pay for a very narrow park spot, and you could not even exit because other cars park in front of the exit.

The only nice person was a young lady at the reception.
