Nice, new built, lovely room with balcony.

Unfortunately it's not the best place to relax, because the walls are too thin so you hear everything going on in the staircase.

Nice, new built, lovely room with balcony. Near to the beach.

This room was advertised as having a coffee maker, a fridge and a toaster. It is a hotel room. Clearly it is not going to have a toaster - even though the booking.com promo email proclaimed: This room has a toaster... (among other things). But we did hope for - and plan for - a fridge and a coffee maker. It did not have these. A note for booking.com. Accommodation oroviders are ticking boxes for the room, instead of the hotel. This is happening frequently. Providers are saying that the room has facilities that are in the hotel, or are possibly in other rooms - but not in the room itself. This is the third time we have met this in two weeks.

Breakfast was great here: lots of choice and a nice cafe area in which to eat. Lovely having a useable balcony. It was a really nice place e to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel is well situated, very clean and modern and stylish. We really enjoyed it as a stopover.

Loved the little dog. Service was friendly, sadly our language skills are not good, happily the lady's English was excellent. Beautiful view from our balcony and so peaceful.

Wafer thin walls that allowed EVERY sound to transmit between rooms. No room tariff or safety instructions in room. Small single beds in place of advertised / charged for large double. Inability of staff to speak anything but Italian even though multiple languages advertised. Minute shower cabinet and loose toilet seat. Poor lighting in bathroom. Poor quality, very basic food offered for breakfast. Early morning disturbances from fire alarm through other clients smoking in room, no reassurance from staff. Road noise due to single glazing. Wardrobe space adequate but no trouser hangers, just one skirt hanger and three shirt hangers.

Location View Parking Efficient air con unit.

Roof Top terrace needs attention. It was empty and somewhat messy.

The location, staff and new rooms were all great. Even the breakfast impressed in the downstairs sun room. The tiny elevator is typical for older European hotels and you may have to make two trips if you have a lot of luggage. Views, balconies and efficient check in were better then expected.

I appreciate it is a budget hotel and breakfast was included, but ithe food was a bit processed, not very many healthy options.

The hotel is situated in a great location, it's an easy wok for the town, the waterfront and both trains and buses. The staff are welcoming and are keen to help. The hotel is well presented, very clean and comfortable, it is very good value for money.

Staff spoke no English at all (but tried hard), breakfast was very simple, there was a lot of street noise during the night evn though we asked for a quiet room and this hotel was in a reather quiet area. Elevator didn't work when we left.

Budget hotel in a lovely town, friendly and helpful staff, see view room with nice little balcony, good bed, garage with no extra cost.

Shower, far to small. Shutters need a lick of paint. Only one bedside table. The room requires two. Very basic.
