Great communication and really helpful recommendations to make my stay memorable. Small sized room, good for one person or short stays. The kitchen is so great, having access to the coffee machine, a washing machine and cooking was perfect. A little bit out from the main areas, however well supported by the metro and trams, as well as access to hire electric bikes and scooters on the street if you want a break from walking sometimes.. For those that enjoy exploring on foot, this is a perfect spot. Thank you for having me.

Great location, near shops, restaurants and yet quiet neighborhood with metro station very close and tourist attractions about 40min walk away. Everything you might need from an apartment/room for a trip is provided. Host is super helpful!

The room was perhaps a little smaller than I’d expected but fine as travelling solo. However very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need.

David was a welcoming and responsive host, arriving early to welcome me.

The property was very clean and well located, with the Colosseum being less than a 20 min walk away. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The communal kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having Netflix on the tv. 10/10!!

This isn’t really a problem, just a personal preference: due to jet lag messing with my sleep, I wanted to sleep a little longer, but the curtains were a bit thin, and the light woke me up early. Thicker curtains would have made my experience even better.

To start with, Antonio was incredibly welcoming and did his best to ensure I had a great experience, even preparing my room as early as possible. After check-out, he kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the property until my train departure. As for the room itself, everything was excellent—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and even a tea/water boiler available. The location was also fantastic, with the subway, bus stop, and train station all within walking distance. The free coffee from the machine that grind fresh beans was the cherry on top of an already amazing stay. Thank you, Antonio!

Marina was there when we were checking in. Super helpful and provided information such as locations for food. She answered any questions I had very quickly. I stayed at four different places while in Italy and this was the best one. The room was very clean and tidy. There were even little chocolates on our cups. The shower had more than enough hot water for all three of us to shower. Since we stayed a week, the room was cleaned up on request and new pillows with cats on them showed up on the bed. Nice touch. Overall very happy with my stay. The location is very close to the Roma Termini and the Colosseum. The street is quiet at night and my group felt safe. Food is very close and good quality. When I return, I will be staying here again. Thank you!

it is so near at the metro so the places to visit is easy to locate. the room was so clean and sir Antonio was so nice and he allows us to use everything on the house.

One mishap with opening the sash and hot water heater, but management (Antosca) fixed the issue promptly. The information sheet in the room said there TV had Netflix, but it really meant you could project your own Netflix account - which we couldn’t figure out (maybe you more tech savvy folks can). At any rate, the info sheet is a little misleading, but I don’t think it’s intentional.

Unexpected were the extras: nice kitchen with cappuccino maker, stove, utensils, and, etc; shower with rain shower head; handheld bidet; blackout sash. AND, there was a washing machine! (Dry clothes by hanging them on the roof) Neighborhood looks a little dicey at first, but it’s an actual Italian neighborhood (vice tourist hotspot) and there is a lot to explore. 7minutes walk to metro station (15 minute walk to Roma Termini station). 25 minutes walk to the Colosseum. 35 minutes to Vatican City via walk and train.
