The room was quite small for two people and could have been cleaner. I was especially disappointed with the SPA facilities. The outdoor jacuzzi was extremely dirty, which made it unusable, and the indoor spa, which isn't included in the stay price, was very small and not particularly clean either. Additionally, the mini-fridge in the room had no prices listed, leading us to believe that the few items inside were complimentary.

The location was very convenient, near the beach and the city centre. The staff was quite nice and friendly. Our room had a big balcony, which was a plus

I stayed in May, which is before the main season in this resort town, and the impression I got was that this hotel was just going through the motions. It wasn't very busy, and so had very few staff. Breakfast was laid out, but there's no-one to bring coffee or bus plates, and the restaurant was closed in the evenings. Also, the doors are locked! Getting in at midnight (from work – honest!) involved lots of loud knocking on the front door until a night porter eventually appeared – not best pleased – with a set of keys.

This is a surprisingly large hotel, tucked away in a side-street close to both the sea-front and the main street for entertainment. It's quiet, in an area that's very noisy. Rooms are well furnished, breakfast is excellent.

As in many of these family style hotels you can hear the other guests in their rooms or on the corridor.

Nice modern and renovated room, beautiful bathroom and shower. The breakfast is abundant including fresh fruit. The staff has been always friendly and helpful, going the extra mile for their guests. I also enjoyed that they have a small spa. I can recommend this hotel and would come again next time..

11 sqm for bedroom in a 4 star hotel is unbelievable, I of course did not check properly for this before my booking as I would not have booked it. The room was never properly cleaned, this is our first solo trip with our new born and I expected a better tidiness. Every morning we would leave the room impeccable to facilitate the cleaning for the personnel but to our return, we would find the same dirty parquet, not to speak of the balcony. The hot tub and solarium area was not well taken care of and overall was not inviting, hence not a single person used it (as of our stay). To sum up, one would expect a high standard when booking a 4 star hotel, unfortunately, this was not the case.

Breakfast was superb and staff was very nice! Mr. Antonio at the reception was polite and catered to us in a very gentle manner. There was a problem regarding a group in room 211 singing on top of their voices at 3 am and I contacted the reception, Mr. Antonio handled the situation with immediate effect.

The room was very cold and the staff at reception wasn't able to resolve the issue - that impacted the whole experience.

The breakfast was presented well, with several options offered - the staff provided very good service ensuring the meal was enjoyable.

The rooms were very small. I’m 6’3” and stayed with a friend and the room size was very tight.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating! The breakfast was fantastic and the free rental bicycles made getting around super easy and a ton of fun!
