Friendly and helpful staff, always ready with a smile and to lend a hand. The hotel is also in a great position, right next to piazza Ferretto and very close to Mestre's central tram and bus station. We will be back 100%.

Everything was good.

Exceptional staff, very helpful and ready to assist. Nice rooms, modern style, very clean. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The hotel is a five minute walk to tram or bus to Venice, and right around the corner from downtown, pedestrian area of Mestre.

Location, lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to the transport, room is small but very clean.

Just a few improvements could be made: - more vegetables and fruit for breakfast - more lamps near the bed - better ventilation - more soundproof windows (unfortunately, we could here all the noise from the street, including the garbage truck in the middle of the night every two days, even though the window was closed).

A nice, neat hotel with all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was okay. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable, clean and tidy. Great location - 1 minute walk to Mestre main square, 5 minutes to the bus and tram stop, and 20 minutes to the train station, so it's easy to get everywhere.

Everything was better than expected, nothing negative to say.

How well the space has been organised into the room to fit there all the items needed for the guests. We requested 3 individual beds and even in that case, we did manage very well with our big suitcases. Bathroom and furniture seem have been renovated recently. The hotel is running for a Chinese family who has been very attentive with us all the time. Pretty assorted breakfast with hot and cold food for all kind of taste. Very well isolated, quiet place to help to sleep well. Good location to arrive to the bus/tram stop to Venice, just take 5 minutos walking. In summary a good place to stay for a trip to.Venice abd suroundings.

I would love to have a small fridge in the room, but other than that, it was all good value for money. Ah, yes I wouldn't mind having a teapot...

The location is very good, close to the bus or tram to Venice. The wifi is very good. I needed to finish some work and was afraid I wouldn't be able to move 18 hours of video, but I did it in minutes! Private parking is here. Stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Whilst it is only a short walk to the bus stop for Venice, the walk to the bus stop for the airport is fairly long, about 20mins. One could always take a taxi, tough, so nothing to complain about the hotel

This is a nice hotel, the room was a good size for the 1 night, the breakfast was really nice, the air on working very well. It’s only a short walk to the restaurants and Mestre centre.

The hotel does have real 24 hours reception desk - in Italy a lot of hotels write that, but they don't have it and you should call them to come. It was clean, the staff were nice and helpful. It was easy to get to Venice with a bus very close to the hotel.

I liked everything

The hotel is in a very good location. Very close transport to Venice. A small old town is a few steps away from the hotel. The room is small but very clean. Breakfast is small, but generally sufficient. Very nice and helpful staff. Good value for money.

The xiaomi TV in the room couldn't connect to netflix. Bathroom could use a bit more ventilation options. Sights out of the window are.. urban. Overall price for value was on the lower end.

It's localized near the old town of Mestre, which is a nice spot. You can get a bus to Venice from the hotel's doorstep. The AC was available, but was hidden behind curtains, so it was hard to find, and didn't provide flow until we 'fixed' it. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is inside ZTL so pay attention to that. (public) Parking space was available in front of the hotel.
