Location. The building.

This is a beautiful B&B in an excellent location (just a few minute walk to the Metro station, restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops). We were greeted by the host’s son upon our arrival. He showed us around and introduced us different attractions in Milan. Paola, the host, was very helpful and friendly. Before we got there, she answered my questions very promptly. When I was there, she introduced us different restaurants around the facility, helping us to make reservation. I had to get out early on several days. Paola made extra effort to prepare me food for breakfast (eg cantaloupe, tomato with mozzarella, fried egg, etc), and also shared with me some soup in the evening. No issues with wifi.

We told Paola that we would arrive earlier and Paola confirmed having no problem with it. In the end, we had to wait for ~30min at the gate and sent the host messages several times before Paola’s son opened the gate for us. Minor suggestion: it may be helpful to have rack to put soap, shampoo etc at the shower so that there is no need to keep bending down many times for the soap, etc.

We enjoyed the stay at the B&B. The B&B looks very beautiful. We stayed in the room with a washroom in it Paola, the host, and her son, Edward, are very friendly; Edward introduced us different attractions in the city and Paola introduced us different restaurants around the B&B and helped us make reservation for dinner.

We let the owner know the approximate arrival time. But we ended up having to wait at their gate for at least 30mins at the gate despite sending the B&B messages that we were at the gate. Finally the owner’s son came to open the gate for us. Then we received the message from them stating we needed to press the button to the B&B at the gate strongly until the light was on. Should they knew about it, it would be helpful to let us know about the semi-faulty bell at the gate beforehand.

This place is simply beautiful. Very big thanks to Paola, she has really tried to make our stay unforgettable. This place is clean, big and quiet, and has a good breakfast. It is also only a few minutes from the metro station located. If we are in Milano again, we are staying here for sure :-) grazie!

Beds are comfortable, but pillows are not my style, so I had some trouble sleeping.

The host is very kind and helpful, you can tell she is very passionate about hosting and hospitality. The room was clean and immaculately decorated. The bathroom was spacious and clean with many toiletries provided. I really liked the location and would stay in this area just for its proximity to many sites of interest.

There is nothing bad to say about this property. The host is great and she even prepared a breakfast for me early in the morning so that I could eat before a morning flight.

Dino, the owner, went out of his way to be helpful, supplying chargers, and very helpful advice about where to eat and how to get there. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, and could not be in a better location for easy access to all major attractions. I would strongly recommend B&B Annabel.

Nothing

We arrived to a very warm reception from a friend of the host. After a long day of travel there was nothing better. We were in Italy for two weeks and stayed in 3 different cities, and experienced 3 different B&Bs. This one, by far, was the nicest.

I couldn't find fault with anything.

Excellent host ,More than helpful when arrival flight was delayed . Very informative about places to visit. good location for trams , buses and metro to get around the city. Nice choice of breakfast, in shared breakfast room which made it pleasant to talk to other people staying in the B&B from various places around the world.

You have no controllable air conditioning in the room, which would really help on very warm muggy nights.

Paola was a great hostess and her mini tour of the neighbourhood with great recommendations for places to eat etc was invaluable.

Paola was best hostess we had over 3 weeks and 9 B&B's.. The location was great the room.was amazing. Woild, stay there again without question !

Simply amazing. Everyday delicious breakfast, great room and well located. Paola, the host, made everything in her power to give me the most comfortable stay, took a time to introduce me to the city and get some local tips. I absolutely would be back in the place in case of visiting Milano again.

the apartment is near a the metro and tram station, just 100 m away, so it’s very easy to access transport and go around. Paola, the owner of the hotel, will make you fill like home! Also, she has really good tips for places to go!
