Very nice stay. Surprisingly nice room considering the Way up there which is a little interesting, inside a private building. The host does not speak english but we worked it out - she is very nice though! An fine location, Can look a Little Shady to begin with, but we did not expérience anything uncomfortable. It was easy to walk around all of Napoli from there. All in all a good place for at very low Price.

The room wasn’t clean enough—there was hair all over the floor that definitely wasn’t mine. The balcony with nice view of the Totò e Peppino mural, has a downside which is the extremely loud street noise. The B&B is on the 4th floor with no lift, so if you’re not traveling light, it’s probably not the best option for you.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. She didn't speak English, but we managed to understand each other. The room was big and even had a balcony overlooking the Totò e Peppino mural. Overall, for the price you pay, it’s acceptable.

it's okay but nothing special, bit in the suburbs but also it's has same unique feeling there, I would say I recommend this place the breakfast is not worth only a cafe and a bakery. I expected for the price overall when I booked this apartment

On the very first hour of our stay, somebody (Vincenzo?) called us to pay in cash a local tax. We were very tired after our journey and told the caller that we will do that later. He started to shout that it must be done immediately and did not let us to finish any sentence. When we paid, we even did not get any receipt for our cash (mafia money?)

Closeness to the Naples downtown, a walking distance from the metro and bus lines.

I don't recommend this place for people with reduced mobility. It's a pity that there are no wine glasses or a kettle available.

Really good location - close to the metro, restaurants and museums. This neighborhood doesn't have a very good reputation, but personally I felt safe. Great communication with the host - he was very professional, kind, helpful and left us lots of recommendations. Air conditioning and a terrace are a very big advantage. I enjoyed classic Italian breakfast.

Noise during night - unfortunately Naples people loves using horn a lot, even during night so it might be difficult for some people to sleep well.

Great location, walking distance to the most attractions, it has got real Naples spirit- located in the old building so you can feel the pure, local atmosphere.

Not that it was a problem, but it would have been nice if we were informed about the tourist tax before booking the place. You need to pay 3€ per person and per night besides the price you already payed on booking, and it must be in cash. I believe this information could have been shared with us in advance, especially because we didn’t have any cash on us and the lady who welcomed us at the B&B didn’t speak English, so it was hard to understand this information. Also the room was very cold, we turned the AC on at 32 degrees but it was still very cold, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Very well located, clean and spacious. Good price. It doesn’t really offer breakfast, but instead you get a free pastry and drink at a nearby cafe, which was also good.

It might be important to clarify that the B&B is in the last floor of a building without elevator so people know that the lugged should be light or a backpack. Which is easier to transporte through all the building.

The attention and charisma of Salvatore and the cleaning signora. They were super nice. The location of the B&B is really good and you can actually see a bit of Napoli before going to the city center and the touristic sites.

Many stairs (listed in the ad, but we forgot) the internet didn't work, but the cell reception was excellent.

Though, it was not so clean. Our feet got dirty if we walked barefoot in the room, there was a lot of dust and dirt in not-easy accessible places. The bathroom was small but ok. But same as the room itself, it was not clean. Mold trough out the whole shower… Luckily we’re not picky and enjoyed our stay at the B&B but there are things that need improvement…

The location of accommodation is perfect, a reasonable walk to the centre of Napoli. The room itself was not big, but we knew that from the booking. The manager of the B&B welcomed us kindly and told us some information for visiting other places also outside Napoli, very kind man.

Very small rooms, The location isn't ideal and not very tourist friendly. The host doesn't speak great English so initial confusion regarding the local tax now being €6 however he did give a great explanation to the city and provide suggestions on where to visit. Hallways don’t light up and night and the keys are hard work to get through the four locked gates and multiple staircases.

We found it a little tricky to check-in, trying to get a member of staff to allow us into the building took some time. The breakfast is situated in a separate building, a coffee shop across the road. I think adding some tea and coffee making facilities to individual rooms would be a great addition and possibly moving the check-out time to 11am, as 10am is quite early.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Situated in a good location, about 10 minutes walk away from the metro. The communal terrace is very nice. It was good for a one-night stay.

The location of the b&b is in a very typical naples neighbourhood that many people will not enjoy. The streets are very dirty and feels unsafe. But Its not the b&b fault, it's just the area.

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. The manager was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the terrace.

Organising entrance was not as straight forward as we hoped but, with help of neighbours, all was fine. Basic space with a weak shower.

Located in pretty area of the city. Well connected and easily accessed on foot from centre. Shutters darken the room well and block street sounds efficiently.

Toilet paper is given very modestly. The terrace is shared, everything is more beautiful in the pictures. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. It is necessary to leave the room every day before 09:30 during the stay so that the cleaning lady can make the bed (no cleaning of the room, only the bed).

The city center can be reached quickly. Croissants are delicious.
