The noise level - you can hear every door open and close.

We were given complimentary breakfast in a cute café nearby, which was a very nice surprise. The host was accommodating and polite. The location is perfect - walking distance to quite a few of the attractions and only 5 minutes to a metro station. The neighborhood is also wonderful - lots of pizzerias, cafes, restaurants. Overall, if you don't need anything grand and luxurious, this place is great value for money!

The location is perfect to come by foot from the train station and to visit the city, all in 15 minutes of light walk. Staff was extremely friendly, the room was super clean.

Next time I will ask for 2 duvets/sheets for the bed, one large sheet is impractical (if you go with a parent like me) and the blanket that was in the closet is too warm for summer :)

The internet could be better

Great apartment in a historical building, close to the metro. The host was great, helped with all the questions. The apartment was clean, not noisy, and had all the needed things for our stay.

The shower leaked a bit so the floor got wet, also the shower was very small so it would be difficult to use if you are a larger person. A darker curtain to block the light from the streets and in the morning, would have been appreciated. Mattress was a little hard.

It provided everything we needed. It was quiet, safe, and a convenient location. The AC was very nice to have and the breakfast coupons were also nice.

The pillows were not great for us. Plenty of them and we made do, because so blessed to even be in Rome! But a couple of them were flat, and the other couple were very hard

The elevator was an unexpected God-send! Especially after 5 days of stairs in other cities and my bummed knee! The location was great. Road is a bit noisy so bring a white noise device maybe. Grear location. Host were super nice. Shared fridge but no issues during our stay. Shower was good. Hair dryer was available so mine was unnecessary! Bed was a bit firm but comfortable. Loved the big windows you could open.

Wifi connection in the room had frequent interruptions, but in shared kitchen is some other network which worked perfect. Also, it would be nice to have some slippers available in the room, since the floor is cold. We believe it is important to have in mind that since this is a guest house which is consisted of several rooms, it can be a little noisy, especially if other guests have no manners and no regard for other people there. But this is problem with the rude people, not with host or guest house at all.

Very cozy, clean room with everything that you need. The main attractions are very close, 15min by walk, 10 minutes to Termini station, which for us was really great and convenient. We loved that guest house has shared kitchen where you can prepare coffee or tea, also if someone has a need, there is shared refrigerator for the groceries. There were always something sweet in the kitchen you can take. The rooms are cleaned daily, also they change towels and bed linen every day. Host and the cleaning lady are very kind, polite and always willing to help. So overall we are very satisfied and would recommend this place.

It might be noisy if your neighbours are loud.

It was very clean. Very good location for us close to the train station Termini. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants, bistros, and bars. We had everything what we needed, even a small compliment as espresso capsules. In the common area you can use a coffee machine, a cattle, some sweets and tea. The price was reasonable for Rome.
