Great located close to the old city

I really loved the location. There are so many shops and cafes nearby and the funicular wasn’t far either. The host was wonderful too. I had to leave lots of heavy luggage before check in and he was very accommodating. On the way back he called me a cab and helped me with luggage again. I highly recommend B&B Borfuro and would stay here again!

Everything is very friendly and cozy.The staff is very kind and friendly.Room was very clean we stayed one night more because we love and also love the city Bergamo is beautiful town with very friendly people such as this apartment.Location is excellent. Grazie. See you again.😊👌

Accommodated our request to do early check in and late check out at no extra cost. Assisted in booking a taxi from the B&B to the airport. Good location close to the city center. Cleanliness of the place.

The air-conditioner had a fault and was dripping water (sometimes the sound was a bit frustrating at night)

We liked the breakfast area and how you coud serve yourself breakfast. We also liked the bedroom because it was quite spacious and had a good bed.

The AC kept on making continuous noises whilst it was turned on and this made it difficult for us to sleep when it was night. We knew that we had put external bathroom, but we didn't expect it to have a key in order to open and lock it, so that was rather annoying.

This is a lovely little B&B in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the base of the old town. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops around the corner. We stayed in the ‘New York’ room (2 adults & a 14yr old) which was really comfortable with air con and a modern on suite bathroom. The host was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for him. The help yourself continental breakfast was great too. I would definitely return to B&B Borfuro.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Staff welcomed us when we arrived, showed us to the room and explained how everything worked. The room was perfect for us and our three teenage kids. Perfect location within a 10 minute walk from the station and 20 minutes from the old town. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated in the summer heat, meaning we slept well and well rested for a days sightseeing in the amazing city of Bergamo

Perfect host! Breakfast is really nice. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is quite spacios (Venezia / superior room).

AC is really noisy - strange sounds, it's almost impossible to sleep with AC on (which is necessary during summer months). Two years ago I was in a different room (Paris) and AC was noisy as well, however it wasn't so hot outside. Seems like all AC units require at least maintanace.

Great location, breakfast was ok, staff responsive.

We couldn't sleep because it was too hot. When we arrived, the hotel room was very stuffy, without air. Since we arrived very late, we didn't have much time to leave the air con switched on and leave the room to get normal temperature inside. We were with the baby and the aircondition was straight on the bed so we couldn't leave it on. So in the end we had a very bad night sleep. I would have appreciated if the room would have a normal temperature before we arrive (air conditioning already switched on)

The staff were so polite, they even stay late to give me the keys of my room without any problem.

I liked everything

First of all, I’d like to highlight the host – he was truly wonderful: warm, welcoming, and very helpful. He waited for us until 11 PM due to our late flight arrival and didn’t charge anything extra. He even upgraded us to a larger room, which was a very nice gesture. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning was a great bonus, especially in the summer. The bathroom was very nice and modern. Breakfast was simple but sufficient – you could prepare toast (both sweet and savory), and there were some yogurts and juices available. Nothing fancy, but it met our needs perfectly. Another big plus was the possibility to store our luggage after check-out, which made things much easier for us. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is a most welcoming place with a proprietor who seems to genuinely care about the welfare of his guests. Situated in a quiet location with stylish decor and spotlessly clean. I had a very comfortable and spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and tea making facilities. The breakfast was a DIY affair in a very well equipped kitchen/diner and there was a wide selection of hot and cold food on offer. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

B&B Borfuro is a large apartment, fully renovated and turned into B&B, conveniently located in the lower city, close to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean, the kitchen generously stocked with variety of breakfast goodies. Andrea is a very helpful host, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room. Really clean, big and airy. Andre the owner. Lovely guy, very friendly and very helpful and was especially understanding about me being so vague regarding my arrival time. If he can do it he will, seems to be his policy - very easygoing. The location is excellent - quiet and yet central. Breakfast facilities are great and abundant. I especially like that you can fry an egg and use the mocca (my favourite way of making coffee). I started the week here and am going back again next week after a mountain trip. That good.
