Closer to Termini the neighborhood is “grittier” but only a block away from a beautiful park and surrounding shops and restaurants. We never felt unsafe and we came through Termini at like 10pm and walked to the room, wheeling our luggage.

Nicely priced, clean, roomy and comfortable. Great host even though we never met, and 20 minutes walk to the coliseum area. Quiet at night.

The street is rather noisy (because of traffic).

Simple and basic, but clean, safe, nice place. Easy check-in. Easy communication. We asked for 2 sets of keys and we got them. That was very nice. Also we asked for iron and we got that. The house itself is quiet, but street is noisy (our windows were on the street side). There was little fridge in the room, microwave, kettle and some tea + coffee in the shared hallroom. Our room was situated on 2nd floor. There was lift in the building. Close to many restaurants and Termini station. Would stay there again.

The door numbering was a little misleading as it ran from 51 and them 55,but it was the correct door. We were happy.

We were met by a member of staff who was warm and welcoming. We like the proximity to Termini the main station in Rome.

The only problem was the very noisy road. We had to had the windows permantly closed. Also, the (very small) TV never worked , perhaps due to the lack of batteries of TV control but it was not an issue as we didn't need to watch on tv

Very clean room, located in a comfort place close to METRO station(s). In the neighborhood we found some intresting places such as "Vitorio Emmanuelle park" and The Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore with many stores, bistrot and tratorias around .

The name id RUDY B&B, but not even a spot to prepare bread and breakfast. Lack of comfort. May I suggest to include enhancements in the Apartment to be able to prepare tea. Room colours are not vivid (yellow with mahogany furniture), looks shabby and old, not pleasing and welcoming, More white would improve lighting.

The location, close to termini ( metro, bus, tram and hop on hop off stop). Can easily reach different destinations. Very close to Santa Maria Maggiore, Shopping centers and food courts and outlets very close by.

There was an issue with the water, and sometimes we didn't have warm water to shower (this happened 2-3 times in the 6 days we stayed there). The location is a bit sketchy.

The staff was exceptionally nice, they even brought us prosecco to celebrate my birthday. The location is good when it comes to means of transport. The termini, with all the trains, busses, and metro lines, is just ten minutes away but there are also other stations that are much closer. Also, the staff tidied up the room every day.

No extra blanket, just a sheet on the bed. Very busy street. A bit expensive, but that's how it is in a big city.

Very good location, for example, five minutes to the train station, twenty minutes to the Colosseum, metro station next door, close to nice restaurants. Nice bed.

The room was clean and the proximity to the trains and bus station was just what we'd hoped for. I would recommend the B&B Rudy Center.

I don't have any real complains, the only thing that can be improved could be the matrice of the bed that was not the best, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

Location was excellent, Roma Termini is at 3 or 4 blocks and the Coliseum at 8 blocks away. The room was good and everything was super clean. The mini fridge was a key part of the room given the weather in Rome in this part of the year.

you can hear everything through the walls, there is no option to turn on the air conditioning, they were screaming sounds of animals just outside the window, continuously.

The location was excellent. It was close to Roma Termini which was very flexible for us. The room is ideal for 2 people for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the service.
