Franco and Vivi were very hospitable and helpful. The room was. was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The cats and the tortoises were also lovely. We'd happily stay there again.

Glorious location and nice little pool - 2-person studio recommended

Breakfast was slightly disappointing; adequate (the coffee was nice) but the bread for toast was ordinary and pastries were pre-packaged (perhaps, because our only breakfast was on a Monday morning, it was hard to get decent bread etc)

Splendid location in the hills (though still quite close to Padua), which the SatNav succeeded in finding without too much trouble. Friendly welcoming host, Franco. Lovely garden, with tortoises and kittens to entertain the 6 year-olds, and a smallish but nice pool. The downstairs two-person studio is very well-equipped and comfortable

Being made to feel we were an inconvenience. Room very very dated with broken shower, lamps not working, entrance gates broken. Everything decrepid! Breakfast in a stuffy room with poor ventilation with no option to eat outside in the garden. No fresh produce for breakfast. Pool not in use despite 28 degrees heat!! The only reason we booked it was to use the pool after a long of walking in the heat. Worst property we have stayed in Italy after visiting for 15 years. Don't use the gazebo, you get charged extra!!!! Awful, awful, awful.

Being near to fabulous walks and good quality eating places
