The room is clean and has a modern style. There’s no real view from the balcony (it faces a wall), but it doesn’t spoil the experience. Towels and hangers for clothes are provided. The host left us only 2 pillows with cases on them, it would have been nice to be able to use the 2 extra pillows from the closet but they did not have pillow cases.

Breakfast was mediocre, the coffee they served tasted like instant coffee, and pastries were not the best quality.

The room and bathroom were clean. The location was good (although the neighborhood felt a bit degraded). Spacious room, with a window with working a/c (which was really needed).

Nothing that I didn't like. I think it is important to know that you will have to go up two flights of stairs to access the property. Not an issue for us but could be an issue for others. Also note that some rooms have an attached bathroom ensuite and some have detached bathrooms that will be allocated to you. We have stayed in both types and were fine with both. Everything felt safe and secure and clean.

The location is great. About a 15 minute walk from the port where the airport bus drops you off. Location is quiet. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Also walking distance to the church that houses the veiled christ statue. A lovely monastery is also nearby that is worth checking out. Check in/out process is simple. Included breakfast at local cafe is nice. The cafe also will store luggage which is helpful. Rooms have mini fridge which is a nice added touch. Good air con as well!

We had an easy time doing self check in and our host was very good about reaching out to me in several different ways, communication was clear, and our stay came with meal vouchers for a delightful café that was super close by and it was great being able to sit outside and enjoy the day with our breakfast.

Host was easy to communicate with via wats app , kept in touch several times before arrival with directions & instructions to enter the property & provided us with an on line map of city & attractions . We needed to leave at 5.30am & they booked us a taxi which arrived on time . The property was bright & modern with a good sized living area & large bedroom with a comfy double bed ...in good location in the historic centre of naples ...lots of shops , bars , restaraunts Close by . Highly reccomend for a short stay in naples .

This B&B is conveniently located in the historic city centre, in walking distance to the best Naples has to offer. Our room as well as our toilet were both clean and nice-looking, with the bed being pretty comfortable. The included breakfast tasted good and was a nice bonus to the end of our trip. I'd happily reccomend this place to anyone looking for a modern, affordable place to stay in the heart of Naples. Would definitely come again!

Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet place. Tv, wifi, desk, little fridge and wardrobe included. Very well located. We got the room with the bathroom apart but for us was not a problem. The bathroom was all for ourselves, almost next to the room, also clean and spacious, with our own keys for it. The communication with the owners is through Wpp, we find this very comfortable. They gave us very complete and practical instructions for the check in and for the stay; and they answered our questions when needed. They also gave us a Google Maps personal list which was a good gesture. The breakfast includes one coffee and one pastry from a café 1 block away. A place with nice atmosphere and typical lovely tables in a little street. We would recommend it and also would come back!

The free WiFi was fast when it was working, but I I got frequent error messages asking me to reconnect or clear my cache. Usually waiting 1 minute would resolve the issue, but it was annoying. If you’re traveling and working remotely, you might want to bring your own hotspot. I also thought the check in process was impersonal and a bit complicated. I never met the hotel owners or managers in person. Keep in mind that this hotel/guest house only has a few rooms so it’s set up in a very self-service kind of a way.

Breakfast is at a bar 30 meters away, and I had nice interactions with the bar owner and staff each morning. The room itself is gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. I booked the room with a private bathroom. Great location close to everything you could want to see in the heart of Naples. Walking in the streets at night felt safe, but remember that streets are paved with rough stones in the historic center and not well lit at night.
