Very kind and helping host- thank you so much! Loveley neighborhood that is providing supermarket, beautiful cafes, restaurants and some small shops. Comfy beds. Easy check in and check out. I would consider to stay here again when traveling to Firenze :-)

Excellent location, very clean and modern. Despite there’s no private bathroom the are two bathrooms on the same floor that they were always clean and available. Raimondo, the owner,is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, loved it! I'm touring Italy and without a doubt, it's the most beautiful place I've stayed in. Clean, spacious room, wonderful bathroom, loved everything about it. I hope to come back to Florence and stay there again.

For us the beds were little bit soft but that’s always a personal opinion.

It was perfect situated for us, not in the middle of the hectic center and nearby a busstop, a very good bakery for breakfast and some fine restaurants! The room was clean and a cosy terras on the roof. Good communication and big flexibility of the host. Thank you for taking care of our belongings so well! Very minor, but the bathroom mat could have been changed more often (for reasons of hygiene and comfort when sharing a bathroom with other guests)

The beds were very big and comfortable - my partner and I slept really well during our trip! The place was generally well-maintained and peaceful. The rooftop terrace was lovely and the plants all over the property added a lovely touch.

The owner is very kind and helpfull, always ready to give you some advices about what to do or where to eat in Firenze. The room and the bathroom were clean. Very nice cafeteria just around the corner. Location is great, u can get to the main places very easily. 100% recommended.

The heaters weren’t working well during our stay there. At one point they radiated heat, but most of the time the room was actually quite cold.

The location is very strategic and everything is within walking distance. The room and toilet are clean and spacious. We especially love the relaxing area and terrace; they’re cosy and accessible. Raimondo is kind and helpful to help us out on the check in details! Love the stay and would recommend to someone’s who looking to explore Florence on foot.

The bed was small and uncomfortable for two persons. The inside was so cold, we told the owner about the issue and he acted immediately asking somebody to turn on the central heating of the building. Actually it started to work but did not help. There is AC but no remote controller in the room.

This is a clean, cool place with plenty of plants and a nice balcony. We were late for check-in, but they provided us with an entrance code so we didn't experience any difficulty. The owner, dear Raimondo, location and the environment are great. Bus stop is in 2 minutes walk. No more that 20 minutes walk, you can get to city center.

The stay was very nice, our host reached out to us with all the needed information one day prior to our arrival - we found the place very well, it was clean and tidy. The shared bathrooms are good, there is one single and one with two showers and two sinks, which was very convenient. We are very content and would stay here again!

All of the stay went excellent thanks to the lovely host and hotel. There was everything needed including a terrace, two restrooms, coffee machine, and there were bikes to rent. We stayed for two days and rented bikes to travel through Florence. I believe that this is the best place you can find in Florence with its affordability and comfort level. Thanks for everything!

Probably because it’s an old building the heating in the morning might be unreliable but we were out exploring so it didn’t really effect us.

Location was close enough, 15 min walk to the touristic galleries, center and check in was very easy due to communication.

There were 3 mosquitoes in the room even there is a flyscreen so it was hard to sleep at night.

Remond was nice and the room was clean. You can make a coffee or tea on the second floor.
