The kettle and coffee machine is in a common room (which was very delightful), but for those used to having tea and coffee facilities in their room this might come as a surprise.

Location was right in the middle of the historic centre. The room was full of character and the staff were super friendly. Wonderful suggestions on what to see and where to eat.

Convenient location on the main street adjacent to the town square Piazza del Campo. Housed in a heritage building the accommodation is excellent. Manager Pietro was proactive in sharing useful information,always reachable on phone and very helpful.

Our host, Pietro, provided excellent service. He gave us detailed information about restaurants and sites to see. The location is perfect. Close to the Piazza del Campo but much quieter.

It was very warm outside and we couldn’t get the aircon on to cool the room down. It’s pretty noisy outside so we couldn’t leave the windows open. Other than that, the facilities were very good. (But the lift wasn’t working and we had to lug suitcases up two levels)

The location is fabulous as it’s very close to everything but If you’re arriving by train and you have luggage GET A TAXI

There was nothing we didn't like.

The balcony facing the street. We liked being part of the atmosphere. We also liked the quirkiness of the place. The staff were exceptionally helpful and told us the best places to eat which were great value for money.

Can’t think about anything

Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

The breakfast which is served in the cafe next door is not at the level of Pietro and his accommodation (especially the attitude of the staff there). However this couldn’t spoil our perfect impression of the accommodation.

Perfect location in the heart of the historical center, very nice accommodation and amazing hospitality of the host Pietro! It met 100% our expectations!

Some noise on the street at night because it is right on the main road. Room was a bit too warm and we were not able to open the window due to noise. A fan would be a nice addition!

Great service 🙂 Pietro is super kind and shares all the information needed (restaurantes, turistic places to visit, etc.) to enjoy Siena. Plus the location is perfect.

For me, this is a plus, but there is only staff on duty a few hours a day. Once, checked in, guests are given keys and access the building on their own-- more like air bnb than a hotel. Again, for me, this is positive feature, because you feel really part of the town.

Nicely appointed, understated good taste, inside a medieval building at the heart of the city. It feels almost more like staying in a private apartment rather than a hotel.

Took a shower late in the morning. No hot water. I understand, might have resulted from other guests using water previously. Happens in larger facilities also.
